Lovely Sea Pines home with large pool & pet friendly! Short walk to the beach

This lovely Sea Pines home offers a private setting, proximity to the beach, and cozy spaces will make the perfect vacation home.

The large living, dining and kitchen are ideal for entertaining. The living room has a sleeper sofa, large TV, and sliders to the patio. The dining room has a table that seats six and is open to a small area off the kitchen with a desk, perfect for the occasional zoom meeting. The galley style kitchen has granite counters, three bar stools and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy our time here. This is a bright, sunny, large entertainment space.

The first two bedrooms are just off the main living area. The first master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bath with double vanity, large walk-in closet and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed. This bedroom will share the hall bath and has a walk-in shower.

The second master bedroom is just off the entryway. This room has a king bed, TV, sleeper sofa, and a private bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower.

The back yard is fully fenced in and very private. The large pool will get both sun and shade. The outdoor dining seats four and there is plenty of seating around the pool for lounging. The walk to the beach is approximately 10 minutes, by bike it would take less than 5!!

**Please note outdoor spa is not available for use.**
