Large Three Bedroom Townhome Close to the Beach!
This lovely townhome boasts wonderful views of Palmetto Dunes' 11-mile lagoon, a screened porch and a very nice community pool, hot tub and baby pool!
The living room is large and spacious and has a large HDTV as well as accesses to the screened-in porch and lagoon.
The dining area comfortably seats six guests in addition to the kitchen bar seating for three additional guests.
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a kitchen pass-through to the dining area. The kitchen, dining and living areas are all open to each other. In addition to the kitchen on the main floor is a half bath, full size laundry and one of two primary suites.
The first primary suite offers a king-sized bed, lagoon views, HDTV and an en-suite primary bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower and separate sunken garden tub.
Upstairs, on the second floor, are the two remaining bedrooms. The second primary suite is similiarly furnished with a king-sized bed, HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom delivers two queen beds, its own HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside you'll love the large screened-in deck along with a separate sun tanning area, both offering sweeping views of the 11-mile lagoon system! A gas grill has been provided for your use. The beach is just a few minutes walk away!

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The location was great but we had some concerns about the unit we rented. There was only one pool we could access and it did not have any refreshments. The upstairs bedroom window was stuck open and I had to manipulate it shut. Basic items like coffee, salt and pepper, a welcome basket (water, etc...) were non existent. Overall experience was a 7/10 but few upgrades could really help.

This was a spacious and updated rental. Nice touches throughout and bright and airy. The screened-in porch with fan and lamps was a wonderful plus for early morning coffees and evening cocktails. Being on the lagoon side - in some ways - is better than oceanfront. More peaceful. We liked not being able to hear the pool noise, etc.
