  • Xanadu Villas is a privately gated condominium in the Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head. Our vacation rental is unit #D20 on the 5th floor and has all the comforts of home. From a fully stock kitchen to beach chairs and games, the only thing you’ll need to bring are your bathing suits and beach towels.

    Xanadu Villas has an elevator and offers a private pool, two tennis courts and a picnic area with grills and tables. Bicycle racks are available with numerous bike rental locations nearby for the over 17 miles of bike paths on the island.

Location

Condo was nice with plenty of room. It was very safe with key fob entry required into and out of parking lot and building but a little annoying too. It was a 7-8 minute walk to the beach so too far to come and go from the condo to the beach for a quick break or quick. Very close to Coligny shopping area. The views from the condo were mostly trees-some view of parking lot and pool. Living area couch and furniture was uncomfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Property manager/owner was very responsive to all questions. Great instruction sheet with photos for check-in. Would recommend this property if it was not such a long walk to the beach. Would be fine for someone who is visiting HHI primarily for golf and shopping.

Roomy and clean

We had a great stay. The apartment was spacious, well decorated, and clean. The host was wonderful to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.
