Excellent accommodations
This condo was perfect for two people and in a great location! It really is just a short walk to the beach and the pool. And Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful place and offers many activities and is close to restaurants, shops, and other things to do. Danny is an excellent host and made the check in easy. We highly recommend!

Easter vacation
Very nice place, easy walk to the beach, private and quiet. We used the tennis/pickleball membership and the bikes provided with the condo. It would have been nicer if the pool was open and heated for more of our stay, and if the hot tub was functional. Appreciate Danny's responsiveness regarding pool options and hot tub issues, but would have liked some more forewarning about this possibility.

First time to Hilton Head
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Great size for two people. Centrally located near all restaurants and destinations. We had wonderful weather. No rain and mostly sunny skies. A little disappointed that neither the pool or hot tub were open.

A Great Alternative to a Hotel Room
My wife and I were spending a week over Thanksgiving. We wanted to be near the ocean with some of the comforts of home and not confined to a hotel room. This property met all expectations. We had a nice bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, a bath and a half, a walk in shower, a full kitchen with great appliances, a washer and dryer, a back porch overlooking a pond and the ocean was a 5 minute walk through the paths. It was perfect for us. We were able to make a pot of coffee in the mornings, walk the beach during low tide, visit our favorite local seafood restaurants for lunch, and stock our favorite appetizers in the refrigerator for cocktails at night. The owner was very helpful and accessible with information and it made for a great week. We truly enjoyed it.

Perfect!!
We had fantastic communication with Danny prior to our trip! Everything was excactly and better than we expected! My husband and son I enjoyed every minute! We were there for a ahort weekend for me to run the Hilton Half Marathon! The hot tub helped my soreness and we had it all to oursleves! The unit was super clean and had an awesome new w/d set!! We love Palmetto Dunes and can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Review
Condo was nice and service was great. However, back deck was dirty and needs to be pressure washed. Sliding glass in living room needs to be replaced. Glass is fogged. Other than that it is a great place.

Barrington Park villa
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barrington Park. The beach was steps away, the grounds and the lagoon were beautiful. We also enjoyed relaxing on the porch and enjoying the scenery. The villa was decorated so nice and had everything we needed. Danny was a phone call away if we needed anything but we didn’t. We would definitely visit again as we love Hilton Head and Barrington.

If you enjoy bike riding & pickleball, this place is for you!
Our top 5 reasons we love THIS place: 1) Danny, the owner, is very responsive to questions & problems. One of the best VRBO hosts we’ve encountered. 2) 2 Bikes & pickleball court time included 3) Extremely clean, tastefully decorated with updated features, very comfortable furniture 4) Both the large heated pool and hot tub are only steps from the beach. 5) Beautiful view from the deck Would have loved to stay longer than our two weeks . . . hope to return! Barrington Park Villa
We have rented several places in Palmetto Dunes over the past two years and this condo is the nicest one yet and we will certainly be returning. Perfect size condo for a couple, really close to the beach and Danny provides two bikes which is a very nice touch.

Perfect Palmetto Dunes Paradise!
Beautiful 1 bedroom condo just steps from the beach in Palmetto Dunes. Easy check in/check out process and easy parking. Big, comfy bed and great shower. This condo also has an additional half bath. Lovely deck overlooking the lagoon where we enjoyed our morning coffee before heading to the Tennis Center for some Pickle Ball. Bikes are available as well. Love Hilton Head and can’t wait to book this property again very soon!!

Beautiful and super-clean
This unit is so beautiful and clean! Such quick communication from the owner on all issues. Short and easy access to pool and beach, and the lagoon view from the balcony was nice while having evening cocktails. This owner has really done a fabulous job in updating this condo; the colors, furnishing, decor, lighting— absolutely lovely! Very comfortable king bed and amazing shower!

Great option for a little of everything
This is location is perfect for a couple wanting to relax, enjoy the beach, and do some outdoor activities. The two bikes and time each day for tennis or pickleball are a bonus. The unit is clean with nice, new floors. The kitchen has what you need and the patio area, while a pinch tight, is quiet and shaded. The shower in the bathroom makes this 5-stars! Thanks Danny.

Palmetto Dunes had it all. Golf, Pickleball,tennis,biking , beach etc. The one bedroom unit we rented was beautiful & Danny the host was always responsive to anything we needed. Looking forward to going back.

Wonderful month long stay
Husband and I very much enjoyed staying here. The unit is extremely clean, bed very comfy and great location. Loved having morning coffee out on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Short walk to pool which had a lot of shady places to sit and very short walk to beach. Unit came with bikes which we used most days as well as free court time at Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center. We took up playing pickleball which was a lot of fun. Communication with Danny, the owner, was great. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return again.

The owner was very helpful and very receptive to receiving calls the appointment was just as pictured very clean and very cozy we love the pool but had to drive there due to not being in shape to walk it was very quiet and peaceful I love the layout and will definitely consider another unit through VRBO in the future

Wonderful stay!
We frequent Palmetto Dunes and this has been our favorite location so far! Love the view from the deck and such a great location for both beach and pool access. The prettiest short stroll! Condo was very clean and cute and had everything we needed! Bikes were a bonus and we enjoyed them! Awesome deal to include those. We looked to see if we could extend our stay and sadly it was already booked. We can’t wait to return. Barrington is a wonderful complex and this unit made us very happy. It’s rare to find such great communication with the owner too. Danny was great! We will be back for sure!

Nice place to stay.
The unit was convenient and the property was well kept. Honestly we did not spend a lot of time there because our grandkids were staying at another resort that was close by. The unit was in pretty good working order with a bit of an exception on the shower water backing up a bit. (I did not call it in because it was not real bad and I did not want to deal with it on vacation.) Also, the toilets were clean but older and showing some wear. Living Room blinds had some missing slats. These were not any major issues but something the owner may want to update. I would like to give kudos to the checkin process, It was super-easy with a drive thru process that took less than a minute.

Peaceful with great view
If you can't afford ocean front, this place is waterfront on a lagoon with a frog chorus every evening and a fountain that provides a water fall background noise. The owner/host was very responsive to any concern. The pool is one of the best in Palmetto Dunes. The beach is uncrowded as promised. We'd go back again!

Perfect November work-cation! The condo is so pretty, modern and comfortable – great location. 3 minute walk to the beach and hot tub. Thanks for the dining advice. I worked on the balcony overlooking the relaxing pond and fountain. Everything as pictured/advertised. I will rent this condo again.

Danny's condo was perfect for a last minute getaway. Location was great (short walk to the beach as well as to tennis, restaurants, and the general store), unit was very clean and well appointed.
