Just A Short Shaded Walk To The Beach.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Villa, (Sleeps 6)

Our Villa is at the front of the Beachwalk neighborhood (#107), which has the best and quickest beach access of any condo complexes in the Shipyard community. It’s only a short (5 minute) tree-shaded walk along the beach path to the Shipyard Beach Club and to the Atlantic Ocean. It is across the street from the Sonesta Beach Resort, the Van der Meer Tennis Center, and 27 holes of championship golf. It’s just a short walk to the Beachwalk community pool. Shipyard has two gated entrances providing quick access to everything on the island. Your booking includes a Shipyard Gate pass. An additional pass is available for a $25 fee, just ask at your time of booking.

This one level, first floor open concept living/dining area is perfect for gathering and relaxing. Dine inside or out on the elevated deck overlooking the lagoon and glimpses of the golf course. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The second full bathroom is off of the hallway.
Plus, your pup is welcome to join you!

Our host was very responsive whenever I reached out to him. Furniture and bedding was comfortable. Kitchen was well furnished. Nice deck with comfortable table and chairs, surrounded by trees. The beach is easily accessible and all the accessory type of items you would want to take to the beach were provided. We would enjoy staying here again.

We had a great stay at Cliff's condo. We were able to bring our two dogs along for the trip as well. The location is fantastic, beautiful walking trails and even better golf. The condo came with everything that we needed, we will be staying here again!

Cliff’s condo is beautifully decorated and in a great location. He was quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the pool and the beach as well as his deck overlooking a lagoon. We would stay again if we return to HHI.

Nice beach getaway

Excellent. Great mid island location with a very short and super convenient walk to the beach. The complex was older but well kept and the unit was very clean, spacious and mostly updated. Very dog friendly with poop bags and stations located all around. We will definitely stay here again. Cliff was super easy to communication with too.

Great spot close to beach!

This is a great villa - 5 minute walk to the beach can’t be beat!! Shipyard is a great spot - very peaceful, beautiful bike paths, tennis, golf and the beach - what more can you ask for! Beachwalk has a pool as well. Communication with Cliff was great - he made the whole process super easy. Comfortable and great open floor plan unit. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant and friendly community and villa. Short walk to the beach, and plenty of entertainment and stellar restaurants. Lovely Fall Break!

We love thw Beachwalk community. Iteasily accessible to the beach, close to the Sonesta for restaurants and spa, and Shipyard in general is an ideal middle Island location. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, with spacious rooms and lots of windows. Big bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay there again! In fact, we asked the owner for an extra night or two but they were already booked.

Great week in a wonderful location

We brought two dogs with us. The condo was PERFECT for bringing pets. It was tucked back in a private area so the dogs did not hear a lot of noise outside. It also was very close to the beach, the pool and the walking trail. There was green space to walk the dogs and bags available all over the beachwalk area even though we did come well prepared. We are hoping to visit again next year!

Nice woodsy community. Quiet and dog friendly. Two private rooms, with comfy beds and lots of extra blankets - excellent stay. Owner was super on top of everything and very responsive. There was plenty of seating and well supplied kitchen. I initially chose this place for the close walk to the beach but HHI has so much to offer and we a fun filled packed week that we never walked the two minutes to the ocean but we did hear the waves roaring a few mornings and evenings. Thank you Cliff!

Great communication

We have stayed at Beachwalk, at least five times. So appreciative to really have a place that is walkable to the beach. This condo is well furnished, plenty of space. Although not mentioned in the description of property, there were beach, chairs, and umbrella, a beach buggy, even a dog crate. It would’ve been nice to know those things were there rather than us lugging all of that along with us. The host was so quick to respond with all my different questions.
