Enjoy the ocean view and wonderful ocean breeze from our 3rd floor balcony ( west side) newly remodeled. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from our balcony. We are in Building A unit 332 our condo is 4 condos back from the ocean and no one above you. Walk down the steps and you are at the broad walk 100 steps to the beach. NEW high top chairs and table on the balcony you can see over the deck . NEW BEAUTY REST PRESSURE POINT MATTRESS 2023. NEW WALK IN SHOWER . NEW 2025 updated kitchen with granite counter tops (stove, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator with ice maker and everything you need to prepare a meal. Queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress-2024 with 48 inch HDTV in living room. There are 4 washer and 4 dryers in the laundry room on the 1st and 2nd floor of the A building. HILTON HEAD BEACH AND TENNIS is a BEACH FRONT GATED RESORT with 24 hour security. We have key less entry.
Building A has an elevator. Additional parking passes are $35 per vehicle

Exceptional beach access

We really enjoyed our stay. Access to beach was incredible and amenities in the community were excellent. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. Grounds were very well maintained! Will definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

This place was a perfect location for a quick mother/daughter getaway. The check in process was easy. Beach chairs and other beach toys were also available. The condo was clean and the porch was a great place to sit and read a book.

Wonderful condo

This condo was very clean and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay. Condo had everything we needed. The included beach chairs were a nice bonus. Owner was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

HHI Stay

Overall, this condo unit was very clean and organized. For a couple, it was absolutely perfect, and it is very close to the beach! My girlfriend and I had an amazing time.

Great stay

Only issue really was the one lady we had checking us in at the convention Center. She was a little rude and not super helpful. Other than that everything was great!!! We had lots of fun! Kitchen was great Beds were great, wifi was great and most importantly the air conditioner was excellent!

Hilton Head Folly Beach visit

Loved the access to the beach, incredible. The property was clean, had everything I needed and more. A hotel couldnt have afforded me the same luxuries I needed for this extended weekend stay.

Great little getaway

Just as advertised! Very comfortable, steps from the beach, you can totally see the ocean from the balcony. Everything we expected and perfect for a weekend getaway from reality, my girlfriend and I had a wonderful time!

Easy Access to the Beach and Pool

The pool and beach were very accessible from the Villa. The location of the property is very convenient to restaurants and is easily accessible. No trouble with parking. The check in process was very easy as well.

Great condo near beautiful beach

The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the beach and swimming in the ocean and in the huge, clean pool. Lots of stairs up and down but good exercise for us. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Stayed here for about a week and had a wonderful stay. The place is clean and as described. The kitchen was well-stocked. Parking is convenient and easy. It's a very quick walk to the beach and the large pool. The resort hosted some fun kid events by the pool. The owner was quick to respond when I had a question. Thank you for letting us stay at your place! We made great memories.

Nice home base for spring break.

Convenient to the beach boardwalk. Surprisingly decent view of the ocean. My son loved the bunk beds. Ridiculously easy check in. Only complaint was the smell - when we first got there is was really perfumed (I’m sensitive to scents, and my allergies went into high gear). After a few days, it became apparent the perfume was intended to cover up a more funky smell. But over all, happy with the place and the price.

Peaceful, quiet, and ocean view!

The condo is exactly as pictured. Boardwalk onto the beach. We enjoyed Coconuts grill. Jamaica Joe bar and grill is next to the pool. The condo had everything we needed. There were 2 of us. 2 children would also be fine. I think 4 adults might not be comfortable. There is an elevator and luggage carts. The stairs are closer to walking to the beach.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!

Our original location fell through when we arrived after having reservations for a month. The owner of this property was awesome to deal with after our situation and was a breath of fresh air after having to go through what we went through after an 8 hour drive! Denise always communicated and responded within 30 minutes of any messages sent and was patient and understanding with me after what we had went through with the other reservation. This place was AWESOME and IDEALIC! We will definitely come back here and recommend this property to anyone!! On a scale of 1-10, we gave it a 15!!!

not what i expected

stayed in building A, surprised only one elevator for entire building especially bringing in luggage and departing. Apartment had a musty smell, had to buy air freshner, open doors, no storage space for clothes other than closet. Would not eat at Coconutz again, went for trivia night, apparently only locals are permitted, hostess wouldn't seat us first week, went second week at 5:30 to get table, hostess was very unfriendly. Everyone else we encountered smiled and said have a good day. We will not stay at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis again.

Fit the Need - No frills

Went on vacation with my family of 4 (2 adults, 4yo, and 2yo) and it fit our basic needs. We wanted to go to Hilton Head and that is what we got. Go here if you plan on spending most of the day gone to one of the Hilton Head attractions or resort amenities. The unit was average, basically a place to sleep. We made the best of it, but the unit is not conducive for a young family working around nap time, that makes most of their meals, or looking to relax between outings. The room was advertised as remodeled which was partly true, but overall misleading. I'll give it to them - the shower, dishwasher, and floors looked fairly new, but the unit has not seen any major remodel since it was originally constructed. Just lots of paint, piece-milled repairs, and mix-matched furnishings. It could also use a deep cleaning. The unit also felt dark and wet most of the time. Our towels never fully dried the entire trip. This was alittle concerning health wise. Hilton Head overall is a great place to visit. Good food, everything is within 15 minute drive, and does not have a touristy fell even though it can be busy. Beach isn't the prettiest, but it gave us our annual beach trip fix. This is not a bad unit. Just not quite what we were expecting or hoping for.
