Welcome to CORAL REEF RETREAT, a stunningly designed Vacation Ready Services condo located at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort! Located on the 1st floor of Ocean Villa C, this 1 bed & 1 bath island retreat is the perfect location for the entire family. As you come inside, you'll be greeted with the bedroom which provides a queen bed, and two single bunk beds in the hallway. The bathroom has a tub & shower combo which is perfect for washing all of the sand off from a day at Folly Field Beach. The kitchen has full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, etc. The kitchen is open to a gorgeously designed living area with a comfy sofa that transforms into a sofa bed, a Roku Smart TV that has cable and streaming, a separate dining table, and a sliding door with access to the 1st floor balcony. This balcony view overlooks a lagoon & marsh area. While you are here, you'll have private WiFi and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable - including starter supplies such as dish soap/detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bathing towels for your convenience. We also provide enough bathing towels for each guest during your stay. Please do not use these on the beach! If you find yourself running low on towels, please utilize the on-site laundry area. You will have to go to the convention center (the building to the left as you enter the resort) and purchase a money card for the laundry area. Each load of laundry will cost $3.00.
The resort itself is also packed with amenities: For those who love staying active, there are lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, bike rentals, and the largest pool on Hilton Head Island! There is also another pool near Admiral's Row. After a day of fun in the sun, you can grill up a feast at the designated grilling area. Jamaica Joez is one of the most popular tiki bars on the island and is unmatched during the warmer months! With a full menu to an extensive drink menu, Jamaica Joez is an absolute hit. It is also located right next to the pool as well as the private boardwalk to Folly Field Beach!

The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again in March and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.

This resort has a strict NO PETS policy. This condo is NON-SMOKING or VAPING and it is prohibited at the resort.

Summer Stay

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. The amenities provide all you need for a fun filled vacation. The condo is small and if you are looking for privacy from your kids, this is not efficiency for you, but if your main goal is a family oriented, spend your days on the beach/at the pool, this is perfect for the price. Very clean, and it is definitely a huge plus that the fridge has an ice maker.

Family of four!

The condo was well loved, clean and tidy however, the master bed needs to be replaced it felt like I was sleeping in a giant hole and that I was going to fall off the bed due the bed being very broken down, the bathroom floor was tile and cracked and appeared the sub floor was rotting if your a large person ya might end up in trouble! Other then that we all felt safe and had a great time!

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort

The condo was small, but was fine for just the two of us. My husband is not a small man and so the bed was not quite big enough..but we made do. The area was very nice and since we're there at the end of October, the crowds were down and we liked that. The area had lots to offer too. Beach access was close...no crossing a road...which was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We were originally booked for August, but the hurricane was coming and so the owners graciously allowed us this rain check in October. We are very grateful for that generosity. Thank- you

Tennessee beach bums

Condo neat and clean. Very cute and cozy. Had a couple days of good weather and we had a blast at beach and pool . Rainy days were a challenge but we found some fun indoor things to do in area and we had a great time. Host was wonderful very quick to respond to my inquiries.

Great for young families!

This was our first time in Hilton Head and this was the best location! Everything was as described here- cute decor and everything you need to cook (no dishwasher but they left paper goods for us!). Property management checked on us several times. Check in was so quick. If you are people who need dark to sleep- bring extra black out curtains. We brought ours but it wasn't sufficient. There's a long window by the door that we couldn't figure out how to cover up and there's no door to the bedroom so the patio doors let in a lot of light.
