Greens Villa #108 - 2 bedrooms Near Ocean
- The Greens 108 is 2 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom spacious updated townhouse. King in master bedroom, two twins in guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room. It is located in the front section of The Greens (closest to the beach) with a wonderful Golf View and easy beach access. The tennis center and golf clubhouse are nearby and bike paths go right up to the entrance. The large back-deck is great for outdoor dining and provides a great view of the golf course, but close enough to the beach for breezes. The Greens condominiums are within Shipyard Plantation, a private residential and resort community. This unit is a 5 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean, across the street from the Sonesta Resort and the Van Der Meer Tennis Academy. Guests staying at The Greens 108 enjoy dining and entertainment venues offered by the Sonesta. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Conveniently located on the South end of Hilton Head (the Island's most popular area) right outside the south gate finds you near Pope Avenue and Coligny Plaza, with colorful shops, restaurants and entertainment.
