Gorgeous townhouse with spectacular golf views in Palmetto Dunes!

Renovated kitchen, smooth ceilings, new master bedroom mattress and new expanded deck.
Renovated upper-level master bathroom, new bunk room with 3 twin beds, new HE washer & dryer, and new living room furniture.

This bright, beautiful 2-bedroom 2 bath + bunkroom townhouse overlooks the George Fazio golf course, one of the most desired courses to play in Palmetto Dunes.

Upon entry, six steps lead to the beautifully decorated open concept living area. The large dining table offers cozy seating with a banquette bench plus 4 dining chairs. Enjoy dining with expansive golf course views and lots of natural light. The fully renovated and well-equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of accessories to suit your every need. Relax in the cozy, living room that features a sleeper sofa, and 2 chairs, or watch a movie on the smart TV with Roku. The living room also offers a slider which provides natural light and access to the balcony.

The first-floor bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV, and a desk/chair for those looking for a remote work option. The bathroom with shower/tub combination is located just to the right of the bedroom entry.

15 steps lead to the upper level where you will find the second bedroom which offers another king bed and completely renovated on-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The upper-level bedroom also includes a TV and a desk/chair for remote workers.

The bunk room is located upstairs and has 3 twin beds and a TV with Roku – it is the perfect place for the kids to play and rest. This bunk room will share the bathroom with the upstairs bedroom; this is an open, loft style space.

Along with the spectacular golf views, the enlarged private patio boasts a gas grill and a table/chair set with umbrella. This non-smoking villa is an excellent choice for your next vacation if you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy the island life!

A folding utility wagon for walking to the beach is also included for guests to use.

*Parking is limited to two parking spots. We are not able to order more than two parking passes per reservation. *

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

Fun in the sun

This is a beautiful property in Turnberry village. Nice area, quiet, plenty of parking. Had a couple of issues: the first floor bathtub faucet needs to be replace. The owner was aware, but was planning to do it in a couple of weeks. TV on first floor living room needed a system restart several times. Property manager was helpful in getting tech support to walk me through procedure.

Great location

Quick bike ride or drive to either of the beach accesses. Easy walk to the pool. Property was great, clean, just like in their listing.

The unit was perfect for our stay! The Island Getaway team was easy & friendly to work with. The unit was clean & fully stocked with towels, linens etc. Everything was as promised and there were no discrepancies of any kind. THANKS FOR A GREAT WEEK!! After our daughter’s wedding we stayed at this lovely condo. It was clean, spacious & comfortable. You can tell the owners take pride in their home & property. Too bad the deck was being repaired during our stay but it is getting new boards & rails. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this property. It worked great for our family. However, when we tried to check in at 4 pm our room had not been cleaned yet. I called Island Getaway and they contacted the cleaners who were said to be on there way. We left and killed time while we waited for our room to be finished. At 6:30 we returned and the cleaners were still finishing up and we didn’t get in the room until 6:40. The rest of the week was fine. We were happy with the room, just disappointed with the delayed start. The only negative of the room itself was the back deck boards were in pretty bad shape, they had a lot of give to them and should really be replaced soon.

My husband and I really enjoyed this lovely condo! The owners take great care of it and thought of everything you need! The decorating is very tasteful including the master bathroom and kids room. Very quiet, peaceful area that backs up to golf course. We will definitely be back!
