Fully Renovated! Coastal Elegance &Tranquil Beach

  • Beautiful, bright and open fully renovated from top to bottom vacation villa, just steps from Port Royal Sound! Enjoy our coastal retreat with designer touches! The Sound features a picturesque location with a sandy beach that’s great for leisurely strolls, picnicking, nature-watching or just enjoying the sound of the tide. Our villa is located at the north end of the island. Close to popular beaches, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment yet in a peaceful and tranquil setting!

    A lot of attention to detail, design, and amenities. 55 inch HDTV in living room with X-box One console; 49 inch Smart TV in Master; 40 inch Smart TV in guest room. Bluetooth speakers in bathrooms and living room. Wireless printer in entertainment center. Kitchen is fully stocked. Great wifi. Relaxing porch.

    Lots of activities to do in the area, ranging from historical sites to just enjoying the beach. Lots of bike and nature trails.

    Able to get around easily by bicycle or cars.

    This penthouse condo is on the third floor (only 36 to 38 steps). No elevator. Worth the steps!
