Welcome to your Hilton Head Island home base. This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condominium sleeps up to 6 and places you close to beach access, Sea Pines leisure trails, and island favorites.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly two-level condo on the second floor of the complex. The main level offers an easygoing living area with a queen sleeper sofa and access to outdoor seating with a peaceful garden view—great for morning coffee or unwinding after a beach day. Upstairs, both bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms for added privacy.

You’ll have Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office, plus the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. When you’re ready to cool off, head to the community outdoor pool. Beach access is nearby, so you can go from coffee to coastline in no time. Onsite parking is included with provided passes.

• Stairs required: This home is on the 2nd floor and spans two levels. It is accessible by 2 flights of stairs; there is no elevator.

• Parking: One designated spot (705) is provided. One additional vehicle is authorized and may park in any unnumbered space. Parking passes are required—yellow passes are in a kitchen cabinet; please place one on the dashboard of each vehicle for your stay.

• Community amenities: Access to a shared outdoor pool.

• Washer/dryer: In-home washer and dryer available for your use.

• Security: There is 1 exterior security camera above the front door monitoring the exterior stairwell and entry, plus a full security system.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly; please plan accordingly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

We really loved the condo and how close it was to the beach! Shops and ice cream are a short walk and a quick drive to Publix is quite easy! Love all the restrooms available, the toiletries, and supplies provided. You thought of it all!

It was a wonderful cozy condo to stay in! Me and two of my friends went, and it was plenty of room! Check in/out was simple, and we didnt feel uneasy at any point! We decided to only eat out 3 times, so the kitchen got lots of love when it came to us cooking! We loved being in walking distance from the beach, the plaza, and a few restaurants and ice cream shops! We couldnt be any more grateful for our trip and how perfect it was!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Forest Beach Villa! It was well appointed, clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed (except a colander, which would be a nice addition to the already full supply of kitchen utensils). The full baths off each bedroom were awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed use of all the surprise extras that came in really handy during our stay: beach wagon, sun umbrellas, and even a beach bocce ball set! Great location and close proximity to groceries, Starbucks, and Coligny Beach (an enjoyable 10 min walk!) was outstanding and made our trip easy breezy and stress free! The condo community pool was also enjoyable. Communication was a breeze as well. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I spent our anniversary at this beautiful Forest Beach Villa, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The villa was impeccably renovated and beautifully decorated, making it feel like our home away from home. The location was absolutely perfect-just a short walk to the beach, Coligny Plaza, and the lovely Low Country Celebration Park. We especially loved sipping our morning coffee on the private balcony, overlooking the serene agoon, which made every moment feel peaceful and romantic. The hosts truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, from the thoughtful beach gear provided to the allergen-friendly amenities, which was a wonderful touch for us. The villa was spotlessly clean, and the layout was fantastic. We appreciated the luxurious king-sized bed and the modern kitchen, fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Having access to the pool and grill area added a fun and relaxing element to our days, and the nearby bike paths made exploring Hilton Head a breeze. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Wonderful Stay! Clean and Updated

Our family of three had a wonderful stay here. It is about a quarter mile from Cologiny, right in the middle of all the action. The rooms are well-decorated and have comfy beds. A few notes: In Spring 2025, this place is updated and feels like a fresh paradise - it's not beat up. The balcony is small and shallow and essentially - open the door to hear the sound of the fountain! The showers are very tiny, but they are updated, and the glass doors help. Shave your legs before you come! We got used to it. The couch and main recliner were well-made and clean, but once again, they were shallow and on the smaller side. If you are a large frame, there's nowhere that's gonna be super comfy to chill for large amounts of time. Nowhere to put your feet via ottoman. Again, we got used to it. A few notes for the owners: - consider storing the cutting board somewhere other than under the sink :) - sharpen those knives - add hooks next to the shower so you can hang towels to dry and somewhere to place them other than on the floor next to the toilet. - we need a bottle opener - some smaller mugs or mug options - one or two more medium-sized serving bowls - turn the ice maker on before guests arrive Thanks for the great stay!
