Week at Hilton Head

The condo was perfect for our week at Hilton Head. I love the location to the beach and all the surrounding shops and restaurants. The washer and dryer are wonderful to have and allowed us to keep everything clean and neat.

Nice spot right on beach.

Location was great. Bit of a run down unit, but ok for a few days. Lights were burnt out, bathroom needs updating but fairly clean. Big issue with code for door. Wasn’t accurate when I arrived, then it got changed halfway through trip. Took 15-20 min on phone to sort out. Service folks were very responsive once you got through to them.

Great location

We always try to stay at the Breakers because of its great location. However this particular condo could use some tlc. The closet door was broken, shades in the bedroom were broken and the flooring in general needs replaced. The place was clean and they supplied everything we needed. Also if you are going to advertise beach chairs for renters to use you need to replace them because they both looked like they were broken. I'm glad we brought our own.

Excellent location! Room needs a complete remodel.

The location was excellent. You could walk to everything near Coligny. Access to the bike paths was great. The room itself could use a complete remodel and update. It could also use a thorough cleaning. The mattress on the couch was completely unusable and the couch itself is obviously very old. We enjoyed our stay, but if these are deal breakers for people I would look elsewhere.

We were not impressed. Very out dated poorly stocked kitchen. Front door almost impossible to get in and out of. Floor needs replaced in a serious kind of way. There are places on the floor if you’re not careful could cut your foot. We chose condo so we could have kitchen we would have been better in a hotel. This condo didn’t allow the feeling home away from home. This could be a great place however lots of updates are needed. We made friends at this complex and heard how new and full of amenities their co do offered. 306 needs to step up their game in comparison to other units. Location of Breakers was great loved being across from Coligny Plaza.

Great location!

Loved everything! The only thing that could be better is the comfiness of the bed - the was very hard - would recommend a mattress topper.

It was good for what it what being used for (going to the beach and pool), but when it comes to the actual place itself, it wasn’t great. The beds shouldn’t even be considered beds- we slept on the floor and it was more comfortable. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work, and the entire place was just so outdated. For how much they charge we kind of just figured we’d have a nicer place to stay.

Cozy condo in great location

Cozy condo in a great location. Only complaint was the mattresses. The pull out bed needs an egg crate or something it is very uncomfortable. Would stay again if I brought my egg crate.

Mini Get Away

The condo was nice. Just as described. Awesome for a mini trip for my husband and I. Location was great we love staying close to the little shops and beach. On the bad note really need to make the outside more presentable they are suppose to be adding elevators but it all looks messy outside.

Location GREAT! Condo like home but small.

We booked 2 months ahead of time and the only thing available was this small condo. It was the only available that had beach access. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, but could be slept on. Bedroom tv remote didn’t work properly. Dishwasher had leftover food on filter from previous people, which was disgusting. Not enough provided laundry detergent for a 5 day stay. And not a single door locked except the front door which was the most frustrating part having 2 adults and children. Couldn’t lock the door to the bathroom or balcony. The door going into the living room wouldn’t close all the way. And don’t get me started on 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. Noticed y’all are putting one in now. Must have had enough complaints about that to put one in. Little to no parking either. First 2 nights I had to park in a no parking zone next to the automatic gate. With all the construction going on theirs not enough parking. But love the location. Perfect place seriously. If you don’t care about inside of condo much this is perfect location.

Great stay and better location

Location was perfect. Unit 306 was great for the two of us. Parking a little hard to find one spot at night after 8 pm. This is due to some spots being used for construction of elevators that are being put in. Unit was steps to the beach and within walking distance of Coligney Plaza. We prefer king size bed but knew before we booked that unit has one Queen sized and that wasn’t a problem as bed was comfortable. Loved the kitchen area with fridge, small stove and toaster oven. We ate in for breakfast and lunch and ate out every night for dinner. Would stay there again!
