Welcome to our Beachfront Paradise, our four bedroom, four bathroom townhome. This is the only 4 bedroom/ 4 bath condo in the complex!

We truly want you and your family to experience a fantastic Hilton Head Island Beach Vacation. Our complex, Hilton Head Beach Villas is a 30 unit beautiful, quiet gated community.

Upon arriving you pull directly into your covered carport. No elevators or luggage carts to deal with, as you are 10' from the entrance door. This townhome offers two upper level King bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are two lower level bedrooms that look out into the beach dunes. One of these bedrooms has a Queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. A nicely decorated full bathroom is also on the lower level. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and power outlet strips for all your electrical needs. Foyer has a bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. Main level has a fully renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters with center island. Coffee maker, teapot, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils to cook your favorite dishes. A large dining room table overlooks the Atlantic Ocean as you enjoy a meal with family and friends. A unique feature to this townhome is a large side deck overlooking the ocean. You can enjoy food and beverage on this large deck with enough seating for all to enjoy. Back inside, the living room area has a large flat screen television, and new comfortable furniture for relaxing and socializing. Out front on the ground level patio you will find a charcoal grill and new patio furniture. There are also 2 deck boxes filled with new beach chairs annually, and beach toys for the kids.

In May 2024, we opened up a brand new larger pool and pool deck. We are so excited for this new addition to Hilton Head Beach Villas. Also, there is a new private elevated walkway to the beach. This makes it easier for people with mobility issues to access the famous South Forest Beach.

Coligny Plaza is just a few blocks away. It has all the night life, shopping, dining, and services you need within easy walking or biking distance. We look forward to hearing from you!!!

Please gather all garbage and place in the trash bins beside the carport the night prior to leaving. Garbage will be picked up on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings. This will help our cleaning crew.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Best stocked kitchen we have ever experienced in a vacation rental. Amazing variety of spices available. Loved the Keurig coffee system as you could make 1 Kcup or a pot. Lots of pots, pans, bowls. Great selection of flatware, serving pieces, dishes, glasses, etc. Several beach chairs were available for use as well as a wagon and tent. Sand toys for kids were in good supply. Covered parking was nice especially as we had some rain.Definitely looking to return to this property.

Great condo...  Well maintained and in one of the best locations possible.  Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Coligny Beach but far enough away where you avoid the largest beach crowds. Great pool, and beach access couldn't be any shorter. The condo was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed including beach furniture and toys for the kids.  The two patios are also awesome.   The ground level patio was really convenient for hanging out and cooking on the grill.   The second level deck/patio had great ocean views. It is large and situated so that you can choose between sitting in the sun or the shade.Highly recommended.

Beach beauty

From the bird song sunrise to the gorgeous moonrise, this place gave us access to the ocean that was everything a vacation promises.We had spectacular weather for beach visits with two little boys, great common areas for catch in the evenings, and a great kitchen for meals. Mark was quick to respond and was a great host!

Perfect Place for a Large group or family gathering

There were four rooms so we were all able to enjoy our space and also be together in the living room for food and games. It was a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and eating out. We all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms had comfortable beds. Great bathroom accommodations. Overall really wonderful place!

A great family destination!

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The villa was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, and a fabulous location! Footsteps to the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, and an incredible view all add to the beach experience. Other than issues with the keyless entry, we had a wonderful time!

Great sunrise everyday!

Perfect for our family, great weather in February, when cool on the beach had a protected patio, best of all worlds. What a historic trip, tremendous history in Hilton Head and the Low Country. Fun restaurants. Home had everything we needed for a month long stay. Walked the beach every day, found lots of sharks teeth.
