Enjoy the peaceful ambiance and get rejuvenated. Bike ride in the early mornings or do your morning yoga on the beach. Work remotely if you must, but then go for a swim, play some golf, tennis or just be a "beach bum." This is your home away from home. Relax, Relate, Release. Restaurants and shopping all nearby.
The space
This Villa is located in The Colonnade Club within the gated community of Shipyard. It is on the ground level and has everything you need. The master bedroom is equipped with King bed, private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and Roku TV. The guest bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed and twin bunk bed. A sleeper chair is available that will allow more sleeping area for larger families. Kitchen is equipped with the necessary essentials to allow for some good home cooking if needed. Living room has a comfy sofa, arm chair with ottoman, side chairs, and Roku TV. Sit in the back porch or front porch for some quiet time while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or tea. Laundry room has washer and dryer. There is unassigned parking for two vehicles max. Parking pass/passes available at the security gate.
