Courtside 60 - 3BR Spacious Townhouse - Pool View - Short Walk to Beach

Courtside 60 is a 3 story upstairs townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The top floor (3rd) is a large master suite. Courtside is next to the world famous Van Deer Meer tennis center and 1.5 blocks from the beach (5 to 7 minute walk). Guests at Courtside have access to Tennis Court time at Van Der Meer Tennis Center located adjacent to the property. The court time is free and based on availability and may be limited to 1 hour per day. This community has 2 on site pools and unit #60 overlooks one of them plus a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. Parking is directly in front of each condo, with additional spaces surrounding the building. Courtside is located in South Forest Beach, just 1/2 mile from Coligny Plaza which includes numerous shops, restaurants and a grocery store. This is a great location for all island activities including the new Low Country Celebration Park located just off of Pope Avenue. There is a King in the master, 2 Twins in BR 2 plus 2 twins in the BR 3.Living area has smart TV. The courtyard deck has a spiral staircase providing direct access to the pool and lagoon in the courtyard.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, Seashore Vacations Rental Company is the best to work with! But, this unit definitely needs some TLC and the cleaning team needs to tighten up. Needs a new fridge and maintenance on the stove. Kitchen needs a freshening/restock as does furniture. Courtside is a perfect location.

They give very limited supplies such as paper products and gave no starter pack of coffee so bring your own!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: pros - Management company is very good, very attentive and easily attainable. We rented beach equipment and they were awesome as well.- Location is not on beach but in general a good location- Property (outside) and pool were clean and maintained- the condo was ok for the space and amount of peopleCons- the unit is very old, needs major renovations- blinds were in rough shape and not even on some windows- the beds? well lets just say if you like sleeping on concrete in musty , dusty smelling rooms then you will love it- the toilets are old and stained and rusted.- the carpet needs to be ripped out and burned. - the furniture was probably from a rummage sale- the oven top is cracked and you need to be careful so you dont get a sliver- I could go on but this place needs at least 50k worth of work. I would not recommend this unit to anyone, but I am sure the other units are probably better. We actually left early and stayed in a hotel for one night of good sleep before heading back home

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed vacationing on South Forest Beach for over 20 years. In that time, we have stayed in a number of different places here. This is one of the most disappointing of all condos. The screen door still needs to be repaired as mentioned in a previous post. I never knew that yellow duct tape could be used in so many ways to repair the refrigerator and microwave, and the stove has been well used. We were told cable television was available, but it only became available the day before we left We contacted the property management company, and they responded quickly but they had to involve the cable company to correct the problem. Even the garbage area was so unkempt that we could not easily access the garbage and recycling cans. The property manager sent someone to clean it up but it did not make it any easier to access the cans. You come to expect a certain level of attention to detail when staying in this area, and unfortunately, this has not been the case this time.

Great Visit

This is a great condo with plenty of room for the family. The location is perfect, just across the street from the beach. the pool is close and well-maintained. The condo itself is well-appointed with everything you need for a great vacation.

Fabulous Time

We were very pleased with the property. We loved the location and the proximity to the pool etc. If we decide to visit HH in the future, we would certainly consider staying @ 60 Courtside again.

Excellent rental floorplan

This rental is very well planned with a master suite on the top floor and 2 two twin rooms with en-suites on the second floor. Plenty of seating on the main floor. All very clean and in a fantastic location. Easy walking to the beach. Would highly recommend this location!

It was a great place to stay. But the AC in the upper bedroom was not working. The temperature in there went up to 85 degrees every day making it really hard to go to sleep in the night. I contacted the management and somebody came out right away and told me if he can’t fix it he’ll send someone from the AC company but wouldn’t know how long that takes. He didn’t fix it and I never heard anything back. When I tried to contact management again they had closed for the weekend. So since we were only there for a long weekend, we had to deal with uncomfortable sleeping conditions for 4 days. I asked if I could get a partial refund for the inconvenience and never got a reply! That was disappointing!

Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful time. Kitchen was well stocked, living room was comfortable with great Tv. We watched a lot of football. Beds were comfortable…plenty of space for our family of four. Location is outstanding. Short walk to beach and Cologny Plaza. Walked to bike rental place around the corner. Walking distance to shopping, grocery and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Amazing space

We were a family of 6 and perfectly comfortable at Courtside 60. It has everything your family will need to have a relaxing trip. The pool is wonderful and we loved the lagoon. Love this area of S. Forest Beach for the biking and the beach access.
