Our room had mold on the master bathroom door on inside and outside of the door. When we approached the front desk they said housekeeping was already gone and that we would need to contact who we booked through if we wanted to change rooms. Of course Expedia makes it extremely hard to find away to contact them. Eventually the front desk called housekeeping to come back to clean it. Didn’t love that there was mold in the condo with no option to change rooms. Also the tennis court was a joke. No nets and grass and weeds growing through the concrete.

We used this property for a girls weekend. We all loved it. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. There was plenty of room for us to move around, plenty of sleeping space. We just wish that there was at least one full length mirror.

The Lazy River sure was...
This was our fifth visit to this property. What caused us to repeat was its lazy river. Regrettably, this year, the lazy river had no current in it whatsoever. It was a nice place to stroll around, but that was about it. We reported our disappointment, but nothing was done.

Was reluctant after reading some reviews but our stay was great. We stayed in Northside. Condo was very large. Not a new Reno room but had been updated nicely. Lazy river pool fantastic pool bar great drinks and food for reasonable price but they should serve food longer and stay open later. Our fridge did not work I. 1st day and within an hour we had a brand new one.

The accommodations were below standards. Rented a 3 bedroom. Room needs be updated. The wear is showing. Toilet knobs kept falling apart. Sink would not plug. However, beds were comfortable. Would not stay again.

check in was at 4. we arrived at 330, they said they would call when room ready. at 430 we called them and got the entry code. they apologized, but ?? bags of dirty linens at our entry door for 2 days, even after we told them. Later in the week ANOTHER bag of dirty linens at our doorway (assuming from neighboring condo, but they had their own entry!) When we pulled out the sleeper sofa, we only had a comforter and 2 pillows, no sheets or blanket at 11pm... We told them at the front desk the next day and they gave us the sheets and a blanket in a plastic trash bag. Wifi service kept dropping. After 2 days we called and it was up and working within 10 minutes. We had a 3bdrm and it worked great for 10 of us. Everyone was nice and condo was clean. The free golf cart service was very nice and they arrived quickly when called. There was an owl in a tree about 10ft from our balcony, and a racoon snuck up on us and was about 3ft from us when we saw him while we were in front of condo waiting for a food delivery! Overall, it was just ok. (The dirty linens really bothered me) I would give them a 6 out of 10 because of this. Otherwise it would have been an 8.

Really loved the area and the size of the condo! Close to food, groceries, the beach, a bike shop, and a playground. Parking is a bit of a bear, but the free local shuttle is super easy to use and convenient. If you can park your car and leave it, do it. Traffic is nuts. We were delayed getting checked into our room on the first day, but we went to the pool and had a couple of frozen drinks and it was mostly enjoyable. The front desk could be a bit more friendly and personable, but the lady in the lobby welcoming people was a sweetheart. Over all, it was a nice place to stay and Hilton Head was better than expected. We would definitely return to Coral Sands in the future. 😊

Coral Sands is an excellent place for a family vacation. The pool facilites are excellent, children friendly and safe. Condo choices include 1 through 4 bedreooms and are all located in easy walking distance from each other. Walking on the beach is just a short 10 minutes away. I would recommend Coral Sands to everyone. Go and enjoy.

They aren’t taking care of the properly. Internet is not working well, tv entertainment is from early 2000s and horrible channel line up. No Amazon fire stick or Rokus. Beds are old and uncomfortable, all of our backs are hurting from it. Activities are not what they used to be, they have a schedule but they never do the activities. For example, we weee looking forward to movie night and they just simply didn’t do if. I know it was thundering 1 hour but it stopped before movie night. Staff is horrible and horrible.

The condo was spacious and served our needs well (Husband, wife, sister, and mother). Would have been nice to have been closer to the pool as our unit was the farthest back, but that was probably my fault on not selecting the right unit when booking. There were kids jumping off the bridge into the main pool even though there were signs posted, so it would have been nice had there been a staff member making occasional walks thru the pool area to make sure that wasn’t happening. Location was good. Overall, it was a good stay.

The pool area could have been cleaner. Pools were dirty and lots of trash sitting around from guest. Food service only until 3 and bar only until 6 was not convenient if you were doing other things throughout the day. Coming back and hanging by the pool with the ability to order food and drinks later would be a better option.

It's a great place to bring a young family to. My wife and I have two girls, 5 and 1. The room was very nice and recently remodeled. The pool has a shallow pool/splash pad, a lazy river, and a round deeper soaking pool. Lots of seating around the pool. The location is perfect with easy walkable and bikeable access to local restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and the beach. We parked and never drove our car. We will come back next year.

Overall we had a great stay at the property!! The rooms were big and the pools were great!! However the last night we found bed bugs in one of the rooms but luckily we didn’t end up sleeping there!! That was the only negative for me during the stay!! Felt like the rooms could’ve been maintained a little better!!

Overall the property is nice. Kids love the pool. The front desk staff isn’t the nicest though. We came with 4 people and stayed in a one bedroom condo so obviously the pullout sofa bed was going to be used. All they gave us for that bed was one thin blanket. When I asked the front desk if we could get another blanket, the lady told me it would be a $100 charge and that it would be better to just go to Walmart to get one. We can’t even get an extra blanket?? That was ridiculous. The next day we were able to speak to someone else and housekeeping brought one to us. It would be nice if everyone at the front desk told you the same thing.

Pool was great for families. Several shallow areas where even our youngest ones could touch the bottom. Pool area was clean. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and modern. We used the kitchen thoroughly and it had every tool we needed. We also used the washer/dryer which worked great. We liked that it was an easy walk to the pool, hot tub area. I wish the resort would provide floats for the Lazy River...that's not something we usually pack. Check-in was seamless, and we could park right in front of our building. It was an easy 10-minute walk to the beach, so we left our car at the resort. We enjoyed several nearby eateries and parks just walking. Lowcountry Celebration Park was a great stop for our young kids on the way to the beach for some playground play on the giant pirate ship. Our girls enjoyed going to see the crocodile in the pond next to the pools each day.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The pool area was wonderful. Enjoyed watching kids play in the lazy river. Bring your own tube as they are not supplied by the resort. Enjoyed the pool party on Tuesday. Went looking for a relaxing time and that’s exactly how I left the resort.

Could not find my reservation. Said at first I was suppose to come in April, then I had 2 reservation for May one the 5th thr the 8th. The other May 6th - May 9th. CORAL SAND GAVE me a room but I was so confused. Could not get in touch with a live person at Hotels.com. Never had a problem before.

For the most part this was a nice resort. They lacked a few things like the ability to get answers for questions and No on site concierge. If you needed more towels or wash clothes, you were expected to wash them in your own washer and dryer. These were minor issues and I would still recommend them to friends.
