Recent upgrades include new kitchen cabinets, beautiful quartz countertops, a complete remodel of both bathrooms, new flooring, and fresh paint throughout, creating a bright and modern coastal retreat. The villa also features new windows and sliding doors, updated window treatments, all new furniture, and new TVs, along with a stylish mantle and electric fireplace that adds warmth and charm to the living space.



    The pool area is equipped with a plethora of lounge chairs as well as a place to grill up some kabobs just steps from the sand. If you don't feel like cooking outside, the fully updated kitchen with modern appliances provides everything needed to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal.



    After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand and unwind in the beautifully remodeled bathrooms. Spend your evenings gathered in the comfortable living area, enjoying a movie together before falling asleep to the peaceful sound of crashing waves.
