The spacious gem is a stunning third-floor one-bedroom, one-bath villa located in the highly sought-after Cutter Court villas, a well-maintained, elevator-equipped complex.
You are just steps away from dining at any one of the amazing restaurants in the marina or taking in the shops, yachts, Lighthouse, live music, and mellow, friendly vibe of the South Carolina Lowcountry.
This updated and comfortable villa features a beautiful coastal king bedroom with a private attached ensuite bathroom; in addition, the living room offers a cozy ambiance with a fireplace and queen sofa bed. Cooking will be a joy in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Smart TVs, new flooring and furniture, upgraded high-speed Wi-Fi, and HVAC makes this villa a Harbour Town gem.
The Sea Pines Resort trolley has a designated stop in Harbour Town, which will take you to either the Beach Club or South Beach Marina. ( trolley on seasonal schedule)

Location is everything!

This condo is located directly in Harbour Town, walking distance to the lighthouse, golf club, and fun shops and restaurants. We stayed here for a wedding under the Oak tree and it was everything we could have asked for.

Nice property, great location unfortunately no pool access.

The apartment is nicely decorated with good quality fittings and furniture. The location is great near the Harbourtown marina and restaurants. However we assumed (wrongly) that the property would have access to the communal pool. It doesn't. To avoid any confusion this should be clearly stated in the description. The property receives very little natural light so was a little dark for us. Otherwise it is a nice quiet well maintained clean apartment.

Perfect location!

Suggestions

I would advise a keurig instead of the Mr Coffee and the worst item was no laundry facilities. It was raining when we arrived and would have been nice to be able to wash and dry
