We just returned from our vacation week at 15 Heron and it was wonderful! The house is brand new, very spacious, welcoming, and has everything we needed to keep our entire multi-generational family happy! The location is perfect - the short path to the beach was ideal and the beach chairs, wagon and the garage ice maker for coolers made it all very easy. Everybody loved the patio/grilling area and the pool - (it has a great sun shelf for the little kids) and in the heat of the day, the ping pong table in the garage made everybody happy. We love the screened porch! Our host, Kevin and property manager, Juliette were amazingly responsive and great to work with. We're already planning for next summer!

This house is great!!! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need. The ice maker in the garage, all of the chairs and beach towels provided were so helpful! They thought of everything. The walk to the beach is very quick! Great communication with the property manager throughout the stay. The pool area has plenty of chairs and seating for everyone! Great house!!!!
