"Good stay. Great pool area but too many of the area around to pool had cabana lounges at a cost of $100. There was not enough regular longe chairs available. Also the rooms need updating especially the bathroom area. Staff were very accommodating. Too much nickel and dimming with fees for parking, resort, and taxes on those changes"

"I’m hesitant to write this because I would love for this place to remain a secret but I couldn’t do it. Here is my 100% honest opinion. This place is incredible! The price was so low I almost didn’t book but went with my gut and boy was I pleased. The room was cheaper than the double tree by 30 bucks per night and it came with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a Sauna. A private in the unit sauna. Unreal. The living room and master bedroom had their own unattached balconies over looking the beautiful pond. The pond is full of life including giant carp, turtle’s and gators! We stayed out on the balcony for a couple hours watching the gators swim. Fun with just sitting no phone or tv screens, just enjoying the nature in the backyard. It’s less than 1 mile from cologne circle, seriously prime real estate less than a mile from the entrance to sea pines too. The reviews people left about it being dated are true but that didn’t bother us 1 but because it’s nice l, clean and comfortable. Some people will hate on anything and everything, so if you are one of them then don’t bother. If you want space to spread out and enjoy quality time with you family and friends i highly recommend suggest you book a room here! 5 of 5 stars for the staff so friendly. This was my first visit to the south and the staff really embodies that southern hospitality. Thank you for a great stay!"
