Nicely remodeled 2 bedroom villa. New flooring, furniture and freshly painted. Hilton Head Resort offers 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool with hot tub, tennis and exercise facility. Visit the Island Bar and Deli, poolside in building 1 or Coco's on the Beach, beach-side restaurant and bar. Ample parking with elevators to all floors. Centrally located mid-island with easy access to Shelter Cove. All rentals from September 1 through December 31 receive a discount on the Vagabond Dolphins cruise. Hilton Head Resort has elevators.

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay at HH Resort. The condo was very clean and we were thankful not to have to pack towels. The use of a beach wagon and chairs was also very helpful.

Hilton Head Island

The location was great. The boardwalk to the ocean was convenient and the restaurant at the end of the boardwalk was fun. Would like more bed pillows and towels. Paper and cleaning products very much appreciated. Indoor pool was great as weather was a bit cool.

Rain or shine

The reason I chose this resort was the ability to still have fun, rain or shine. Well it rain 100% for two full days. And we made ample use of the indoor pool and spa. Lovely location and the Villa had all the comforts of home.

Great place

This place was super convenient with a toddler and newborn. Everything was very clean and the convenience of an indoor pool was perfect. The weather was a little cold so that kept the toddler occupied. We had great communication with the as well. We also didn’t have to unpack our pack play as there was one there and a thing so the toddler wouldn’t fall out of the bed.

Close to everything, spacious for a couple

Great stay for a couple. Close proximity to things to do. Has a lot of amenities in the condo area. Room was great for us and would have been good for two adults and two children. The walk to the beach was quite a distance but worth it, nice restaurant/ bar at the beach.

Weekend Getaway

Overall, would highly recommend if you're looking for a more affordable option. A little older of a property but kept very nice. It was super easy check in and check out process. It is in a great central location with guarded entrance for extra comfort.

2nd year staying here and great experience again! Location is awesome and the condo was great! The guards at the entrance are not very friendly and make things a little difficult but totally not the owners fault! We loved our stay!

Great for families

The condo had a lot of things to do within the property. The walk to the beach wasn’t long and the beach wasn’t overcrowded. Close to different activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Good location. Good access to beach. Disappointed pools were not open but understand it was a bit early in the season. The weather was unusually warm and a dip in the pool after golf would have been a bonus.

Great getaway

It was a wonderful trip to celebrate our mother’s 77th birthday. We chose the resort because they offered several pools and onsite amenities. Everything was wonderful. If you are interested in the beach it is a long walk. There is a beach shuttle but it wasn’t available when we wanted to go so pack a cart for easier travel. Overall it was great. The condo had everything we needed

Quick vacation

The property and the island were amazing. The listing was accurate, the property manager was great he responded quickly to all of my questions and requests. We even stayed an extra day. We loved the home feeling that the condo provided. Everything functioned properly in the condo. We truly have no complaints and we can’t wait to visit again. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

Condo was not as clean as previous condos stayed in. Also needs to be updated more and taken care of better. Floor was filthy.

Great for our needs

We had a great stay, the condo was perfect for our stay. We had a bit of trouble with the key pad but messaged Tom and he called immediately and took care of the problem. Beach towels were missing upon arrival and Tom offered to have some brought over, we brought some from home so it was not necessary. The bed in the main bedroom could be replaced it was not the most comfortable. Condo was clean and had what we needed to make meals for our stay. Overall great place, would stay again,

great place to stay

only issue we had was water pressure in the showers. i doubt their is much that can be done as i bet its just old pipes, but shower was very low pressure. also master bathtub could use a mat or something, pretty slippery. other than that we will book again if we come back. great place to watch tennis and go to the beach. would be nice if someone at the resort would enforce the skunk smell at night, it was all over the property and in elevator pretty bad.

Nice stay, just needs some updates.

The stay was nice I just wish the owner keep his word. The front chairs tops were not secure and my wife fell through. Ps my wife weights 126 pounds. The owner said they were sorry and would come replace them the next day but never showed up. I would have been fine if they just said sorry we will order more etc, but don't promise something and never come through. As we keep telling our kids they would get to eat on the porch but ended up lying to them the whole trip. So long story short don’t trust the owner.

Small, but cute

Great renovated property. I believe we were first staying after renovation. I wish it would have king size bed there is plenty space in the bedroom. Has play 'n' pack for infant. There is paid laundry facility on the floor but not in the unit. Has a nice walk to the beach or you can take shuttle if you don't feel walking. Beach was not crowded which we enjoyed it. Cocos on the beach has pretty good food. There are 2 outdoor pools and one indoor which is heated. Plenty of parking. I wish building would have more elevators but this property is on the second floor. If you do not have stroller you can use stairs. Overall was great vocation for our family. Manager was very responsive and answered all our questions.

The code we were given did not work- we tried calling the property owner for 30 mins. and no answer- when we finally reached him we did get another code. The bathrooms were dirty, the dishes were dirty.The property owner never said he was ssorry.

Good but could be better.

Property was centrally located and had great amenities on site. My kids enjoyed all the pools and the little shop plus tennis courts. Complex is close to all the attractions. Beach access is awesome; easy and close. Would give a few tips/suggestions; my family travels a lot. Here are a few things we noticed. There is nothing inside this condo. No vacuum Clorox wipes sugar salt extras of any kind. It would be very helpful to have a few things just stocked there like every other condo we have stayed at. Complex as a whole is pretty run down but it was sufficient given all things to do on site. Beds could use an upgrade and cleaning could be a lot better. Pull out bed was unusable do to the uncleanliness and the smell was constantly unpleasant literally had to purchase a candle to mask it. Again, it was sufficient but a few minor details could have made it great.
