Nestled in the Bluff Villas enclave on the South Beach side of the island, the condo features waterfront views of Braddock Cove and a convenient location steps from the beach. A marina with waterfront dining, boat rentals, and charter services is only a short stroll from the condo. Harbour Town is only four miles away, and Coligny Beach Park is five miles away.

You'll find the inviting interior fully furnished for modern living, with features including an open layout, a full kitchen, free WiFi, and a smart TV. The sliding glass door can be opened to allow ocean breezes to circulate, but you'll also have central air-conditioning to ensure total home comfort.

Pool located across from the Salty Dog Cafe. Open 5/1-11/1 - never heated

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Really nice place!

We've stayed at other Bluff Villas condos at the South end of Sea Pines and this one was the best. Clean, nice furnishings, a well equipped kitchen and close to the beach, bicycle rentals, The Salty Dog restaurant and other retail shops. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony and enjoying the bay view. Will plan on staying here in the future.

Lovely Condo Near South Beach

This condo was in lovely condition. Great view of the sound. New furnishings and updated appliances. Very comfortable. Great wifi. Walking distance to the beach and South Beach Marina. Quiet location. Nice place to get away.

Awesome water view from the balcony

I highly recommend this property. The water view is beautiful! Enjoyed beverage from the balcony while watching wildlife, landscaping and the water. A short walk to the ocean, bike paths and walking trails. Pickle ball courts close by. Shopping and Salty Dog restaurant a few blocks away. I will stay here again.

Great vacation stay!

We enjoyed this quiet, comfortable and immaculate unit. It is only a short walk to the beach and also to restaurants and shops. There is plenty to do inside the Sea Pines community, all a short drive away. It was evident the owners paid attention to every detail. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything one needs - it goes well beyond the basics. Little touches such as small trash receptacles in every room and a white noise machine in the main bedroom added to our comfort. We appreciated the great shower head in the main and the bathroom heat lamps. Parking is convenient and 3 spaces were allotted. We were in Hilton Head for a mother/daughter beach week and we are already making plans to stay in this unit next year!

Great Location

Our third time staying in Bluff Villas - this was by far the best property. easy walk across the street/down the beach to a nice spot where the sound meets the ocean - our preference is to stay away from the crowds lining the sound so it's a bit of a hike but that's not a bad thing. Also great to be able to skip over to the Salty Dog for a beverage or burger...South Beach is our favorite and this place was solid.

We love South Beach

If you have dog allergies, you will suffer in this unit, it has a lot of dog allergens left over from dogs staying there. Unit is smaller than some of the others we rented at the Bluff Villas. Bathrooms small and dated. No beach towels provided. Otherwise all good.
