Barefoot Bungalow! Ocean View Couple’s Retreat

This 2nd back from ocean front studio was completely renovated with all new modern furniture and decor, designer lighting and new flooring throughout. Other amenities include a 50” smart TV in the living room, a king size Serta bed, purchased 1/25, with high-quality linens, and a full kitchenette. New sleeper sofa.
Our balcony boasts an outstanding view of the ocean which is only steps from your door. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The villa is located in Seaside, an ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head main beach. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza which has several restaurants, shops and entertainment. We are walking distance to Tiki Hut and there are bike rentals across the street if you would like to explore more of the island.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Easy beach access, property has nice beach rinse stations and a pool that was empty most of the time. No complaints about the room itself. However... the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. It seemed to be one thing after the other. First, we see many hairs on the bed then the staining on the quilt and pillows... not ideal. Then the bathroom which looks like the shower corners never get scrubbed.

Great Get Away

When we get away, we look for places off but near the beaten path. This met the standard and beyond. Just down from Coligny and other favorites. We took advantage of local island businesses and dining. The unit is just right for two to relax around.

We loved the villa, it was exactly like the pictures online, very clean and decorated very nicely. The area is quiet, and close to the beach and dining. The Klines were very nice, even let uscheck in a little early. We will definitely be baack.

The bungalow was everything described. Very nicely decorated and furnished. Provided beach towels and chairs. Great communication with owner. Helped with places to eat and things to do. Left us a special touch since we were celebrating our 50th anniversary. Would definitely book again!

This is a great place for two. The condo was very clean. Nice clean shower. Short walk to the beach. Can see the beach from the balcony. One suggestion: we would have loved a tv in the bedroom to watch and relax. We had a great experience and would definitely rebook when we’re in the area!
