This cozy two-bedroom, three-bath Water Oak villa comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it ideal for families visiting Hilton Head.

The first-floor primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and granite vanity. Upstairs, the guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed, along with an extra daybed on the landing, providing flexible sleeping options for kids or additional guests.

The living room is furnished for comfort, with a flat-screen TV and a nearby half bath, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area make mealtime simple and convenient.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been to HHI in the past but never at this time of year. Enjoyed that it was less crowded everywhere. Condo was nice, a few things need to be improved (very slow drain in master bath, burned out light in master bath). W/D worked but very dated and loud! Will definitely look at Palmetto Dunes area for future trips.

We had issues with the storms with a tree falling and didn't receive help back but they did send someone to help with the cable issue.

30 Water Oak - What a disappointment as offered villa in Palmetto

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacationing at Palmetto Resort is wonderful, luxurious experience. This is now the third consecutive year of vacationing in the resort. Our villa, 30 Water Oak, was not what we expected based on pictures. Unit had musty smell throughout our entire visit, furniture was old, blinds broken, refrigerator rusted scratches, same with W/D, cable didn't work. This unit needs a complete renovation; will not recommend this villa to friends or family. Stopped in to front office with list of issues and there was quick response but problems were not resolved. Two DampRids were provided but neither resolved mustiness odor. We made the best of it, but never again renting this unit.

Disappointing. Never stay here again.

Refrigerator smelled like fish and was dirty inside and out. Bathroom shower curtain mildewed. Every room needed to be dusted. Mattresses old and noisy. Patio and table dirty. BBQ was not usable. Called second we walked in because maggots were all over outside trashcans and ground. They put me on hold to see when trash would be picked up. Offered no immediate help. Will never stay in one of these condos again. Never greeted by employee i. e. gate guard, receptionist, golf course - with a smile or pleasant hello. Everyone looked like they were miserable. First time at Hilton Head and just had such higher expectations. Very disappointing.

Reviewer Comments: Positives: location, pool, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious, plenty of seating, attentive and polite management (took care of plumbing and blender issues quickly) Negatives: condo condition (master bed made sloppy, old appliances and bathrooms were grungy-toilets flushed very slowly), master bath shower did not drain and toilet spit water our occasionally so we called maintenance and they sent someone over who unclogged the tub-smelled so bad we had to air out the condo, also blender had a crack in it. BUT management was very responsive and sent maintenance fast and also a new blender promptly and gave us a $50 gift card for our troubles which we appreciated. Honestly unit felt overpriced for condition of that condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was spacious and had alot of light. Walk to beach was about 8 minutes. The condo was not very private as people pass through the yard to go to the golf course. The main draw back was we were awakened every morning at 5:45am by loud machines that can be heard working on the golf course for 1 hour. Unfortunately bikes were sold out at outfitters as well as at 5 other bike rentals we contacted - so that would have been nice to enjoy.

The location is great. Close to the beach and pool. Shaded parking. The villa needs updating. The kitchen was not well equipped. The shower had toilet had issues.
