8116 Wendover Dunes - Absolutely stunning 3-Bedroom Villa!

Updates galore greet you at the 3-bedroom villa in Palmetto Dunes! Enjoy morning coffee and afternoon breezes on the screened-porch overlooking the community pool. Wendover Dunes is a featured complex that is on the oceanside of Palmetto Dunes. If you are seeking an upscale villa - you do not need to look any further.

The Wendover Dunes community also offers covered parking, a private pool area with a jacuzzi, a children’s pool, a grill area, and bike paths that lead directly to the beach. This villa really has it all and is just a few sandy steps to the beach.

***PLEASE NOTE that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.***

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our week at Wendover Dunes and are already planning our next visit. The condo had everything we could possibly need and the furnishings were nice and comfortable. Such a nice way to spend spring break with family!

Beach Vacation 2025

We have stayed in Wendover Dunes before just not this unit. The location is very convenient to the beach and the pool is right in the center of the complex. The combination lock code on the door was wrong and it took a little extra time to get in. But the welcome card & bottle of wine made up for it. The condo was well equipped and we didn't need anything that was not there. Had a very small issue with one of the toilets but I advised them and am sure they will address it. Will keep this unit in mind for next year.
