• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Bike in 7-8 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle to the Sea Pies Beach Club.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from 8 Heritage Road. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: Select, hypo-allergenic breed now welcome. Please inquire for specifics and tell us about your pup.

POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is  $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

We completely enjoyed this property, from start to finish. The amenities were amazing - we quickly felt right at home. The property was exactly as advertised. We walked and biked to nearby coffee shops and boutiques. I highly recommend, and would easily return to this property again!

It was full of so many amenities and little extras. My family cannot wait to return to Hilton Head and stay here again! From the 4 well appointed bedrooms, to the two family gathering areas, to the AMAZING outdoor space and pool, this house had it all! It is located centrally in Sea Pines with easy access to the beaches, and Harbor town area. Stay here, you will not regret your choice!

Very comfortable home

The house was as advertise. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the gathering areas were amazing. Bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. Pillows were too hard for the neck, but I was able to find a thinner pillow in the bunk room. Overall, the house was fantastic and we'll definitely be back. Thank you.

It was tastefully furnished with many different areas to gather. The kitchen was also well stocked with great cookware and all the gadgets necessary to make any meal desired. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is very accessible to the tennis courts and harbourtown. I would highly recommend this property for a family and I would definitely rent this property again.

The house was spotless and homey, the pool was awesome and clean, we were down the street from everything and when we did have a problem, they came to help us immediately. I don’t think we will ever go with a different rental company, maybe not even a different house!The only small complaint I have is that there are a set of steps to go up to one of the bedrooms that are hardwoods. They worries me because they were slippery and (thankfully just the dog) my dog lost his footing once and then was very fearful of using the stairs. I was more concerned about me parents but they did fine. I would just maybe put clear traction pads or pieces of carpet just for safety. That doesn’t even take a star away from my review though! Absolutely perfect!

We have been coming back since 2007 and it just doesn’t get old!We really appreciate the effort that the BESTNEST team puts together in making your special family time together memorable and stress free!The home appearance inside is exactly what you see in the online descriptions. The king beds were the best we have sleep on in years, including our ones at home, lol! Appliances all top of the line. The pool, which we had heated and enjoyed daily, allows for sun all day simply by moving your chairs but they have rollers! We picked a fantastic week to come, weather was awesome!!!The home is equipped with everything you will need and I mean everything! Most enjoyable stay we have had in years. We have two small dogs who also had a great time and we love the little statue dedicated to dog lovers! Just letting the next family know you will not be disappointed, located near everything and the restaurants on property are 5 star so enjoy your time without having to leave Sea Pines. Thank you BESTNEST!

Most importantly however was the attentiveness of each and every employee we contacted whether for an immediate need or question they responded as though they were our own concierge! We loved the home and the treatment we received so much we immediately booked the home for next year!! Ideally located close to Harbor Town and a bicycle ride to the beach this central location is prime!

The beds were extremely comfortable with nice linens and towels. The house was fully stocked with all that we needed and was extremely clean. I will definitely only rent through this rental company moving forward. And I would definitely stay in this home again. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the showers wasn't very strong, but everything else was so fabulous that we would definetly rent here again. Location is also fantastic...on a quiet street right in the heart of Sea Pines.

Great family vacation

This was our second time staying at this property, and we love it! The house is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. Very clean and lots of great space. The location is also great. Morning walks to pet the horses, a short bike ride or walk to harbor town and another short bike ride to the beach. Hoping we can make it back next year!

We had 4 college kids and 2 middle schoolers. Plenty of space and great pool area. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Close to Harbor Town shops & restaurants. Only drawback is proximity to the beach. Beverly was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely rent again.
