Hilton Head Beach House

Our entire family had a wonderful time. The location on the ocean was just beautiful. Having all those bedrooms with king size beds and private baths was amazing. Also, the quick text responses whenever we had a question or issue really made a difference. The house is absolutely beautiful and we could not have asked for more.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

This was an amazing property with gorgeous views of the ocean and beach! The beach is literally out the back door! We paid extra to heat the pool for the children and it was perfect! Loved cooking Thanksgiving dinner with the expansive view of the ocean! Plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy and yet be together. Close proximity to shopping and dining! I would come back in a heartbeat and plan on making reservations for next year!

Great decor, very clean

This place looks straight out of a designer catalog. Beautiful and chic! Only a few issues. Most were resolved. The back bedrooms tend to get hot. Best to leave fans on full time and keep bedroom doors open. Owner needs to check the possibility of a blocked air duct to the second floor back facing north bathroom. The room is awesome- but if staying in there I suggest leaving the bathroom door closed full time. Add more baking sheets and find the drip pan for the air fryer. The keurig is excellent. Had a few elevator and garage door problems. Place was amazing other than that!

Great house

House was very clean and well decorated. Loved that all beds except 1 (kids room) had king beds. Pool was great and wonderful being right on the beach. Sitting area and pool deck were not large enough to accommodate all 12 people staying there so would be nicer to have larger common areas. Also need more pots/pans for cooking for large group. No towel bars in most of bathrooms especially master bath which is not convenient. Loved the balconies looking out onto the beach. Vacation rental company only give you 2 small bars of soap on 2 small toilet papers per bathroom which was not enough. The deficiencies were small and in no way took away from our enjoyment. Houses are very close to each other so if everyone is by the pool there is NO privacy. You can hear everything going on at the homes on either side of you.

Broken air conditioner

my family has been subjected to unforseen circumstances with the air conditioner broke on the third floor with temperatures in the 80s since we arrived. This issue has not be resolved as of this morning. This issue happened before our arrival and we are suffering. This is unsafe, Pls help and fix this issue immediately!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
