Located on the 5th floor in Palmetto Dunes Windsor Place, 501 Windsor Place is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa. This villa is bright, spacious with an open floor plan, tile flooring and beautiful ocean views. 501 Windsor Place is perfect for a family of four or two couples. The bedroom separation and private bathrooms off each bedroom provides privacy and comfort for everyone.

When entering the villa, the dining room is off to the right with a glass topped white table that seats six. This opens up into the spacious living area with a mint green queen sleeper sofa and matching love seat, two chairs and a 65" Samsung SMART TV. There are plenty of large windows and a sliding glass door that leads to the balcony which overlooks the landscaped gardens out to the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony has four chairs and two small tables. The fully equipped kitchen is off to the left of the dining room and has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and three bar stools at the countertop. A perfect place to enjoy a snack while watching the chef prepare your favorite meal. Inside the kitchen, behind a door, is the washing machine and dryer.

The master bedroom is off the living room and has a King bed, a mounted 43” SMART TV, walk-in closet and private bath with a granite topped double vanity and large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, on the opposite side of the living room, has a double size bed and a twin size bed, access to the balcony, a 43” SMART TV and a bathroom shared with the hallway that has a single vanity and a jetted tub/shower combo.

The Windsor Place complex is located oceanfront in the famous Palmetto Dunes Plantation. It has two large oceanfront pools (heated seasonally) and hot tub as well as a large sundeck, poolside restrooms, showers and covered pavilion with gas grilling area. One pool is great for children with a graduated entry and mushroom shaped waterfall (opposite end of pool is 4` 6"). Windsor also has elevator access and a covered parking garage. This complex has privately owned villas located oceanfront with great views of the ocean, pool or lagoon from any floor.
