Outside, a fantastic deck overlooks the pool and spa, with a fully fenced turf yard providing privacy for both children and pets. Take advantage of the yard games and cool off in the backyard pool. Additionally, the game room offers Foosball, Darts, and Ping Pong for added entertainment. This property offers a relaxing retreat for vacationers and includes up to $1000 in FREE activities with every reservation. Only 0.3 Miles (525 yards) to the beach!

Fireplace: For safety and insurance reasons, the fireplace is decorative only and may not be used. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the home safe.

Pool*: 12'x20' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made. (There is no working spa at this property.)

DOG FRIENDLY: Pet fees are not included in your VRBO total and will be added by Vacation Homes of Hilton Head after your online reservation has been made. Our company has a two (2) dog maximum and a weight restriction of 50 pounds maximum. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 3rd pet for an additional fee.
