#4 Beach Villa is so unique! It offers the perfect combination of a modern upscale villa and the quaint feeling of a Carolina Beach ‘cottage’. Not your typical condo - it is attached on just one side and both bedrooms and main living area are all on one level - all rooms open to the beach & ocean. No elevators! Just step out to the sand!

Newly renovated and meticulously maintained, with over 2000 sq. feet inside plus another 900 sq. feet of outdoor living areas – all direct oceanfront – makes this villa truly one-of-a-kind!

It enjoys a central great room with an upscale Kitchen, living and dining areas that all open to private terraces and the beach and ocean beyond.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and a spectacular open stair and bridge walkway to an oceanfront LOFT / WET BAR & LOUNGE. From this lounge there are big sliding glass doors leading to the 50 ft. long, 400 sq. ft. OCEANFRONT DECK.
Plus a unique Private TV Loft which is part of Bedroom 2 is also accessed from the top floor deck. Here you'll find comfortable reclining lounge chairs, a flat screen TV and cushioned lounge chairs just outside on the oceanfront deck.

Just out the front door is a large fenced-in pool and sunning area exclusively for the guests of Beach Villas.

And being within PALMETTO DUNES you have easy access to hundreds of miles of bike and jogging paths, the lagoon system and the Resort’s famous golf courses and tennis facility.

The Hilton Hotel with entertainment and restaurants and the elegant Spa Soleil is a couple of hundred yards up the beach.

In the opposite direction – just steps away – is the always fun DUNES HOUSE GRILL – serving lunch and dinner on the beachfront deck daily!

Just across the main road is Shelter Cove – also part of our Resort – where there are shops, restaurants and entertainment – including weekly fireworks. AND our villa offers special privileges for discounts on Kayak rentals, Court Times, Tee Times and more.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped. It is a convenient open galley style with custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances and is part of the great room. All areas walk out to a big covered terrace with the Blackstone grill, outdoor dining (for 6) and comfy seating. Everyone will gather around the granite island with a raised glass breakfast bar (for 3) and there is enough room so there are never 'too many cooks' in the kitchen!

The GREAT ROOM with its soaring ceilings is professionally decorated and includes a dining table for up to 8 people, a comfortable living area with leather sectional seating and flat screened TV plus a convenient desk with multiple charging stations - all with views of the ocean.

LOFT / WET BAR & LOUNGE - new in the renovation is a spectacular open stair and bridge walkway to a 'Bar Loft'. Here, overlooking the great room / kitchen you’ll find a second living area, fully equipped with a wet bar and bar fridge with icemaker and 12-foot sliding glass doors to a spectacular oceanfront 50-foot-long sundeck! This is where you’ll want to live! There are loungers for sunbathing, 2 bar height tables and seating for 6. Two comfy club chairs and a corner loveseat that's perfect for afternoon naps with soothing sounds of the surf! This is a wonderful place to enjoy your coffee in the morning; watch the shrimp boats in the distance; take in the sights and activity on the beach below; relax in the sun; enjoy sunset cocktails and/or late-night star gazing with the sounds of the surf. PLUS there is access from this deck to the comfortable TV Loft (also accessed from Bedroom 2 inside) where you can relax with TV or a good book while enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach and ocean.

THE BEDROOMS

BEDROOM 1 is a comfortable room featuring an exposed beam ceiling, a King-sized platform bed in reclaimed teak and a private covered terrace with lounge chairs. THE BATHROOM features a big porcelain and stone walk-in shower, double vanity sinks and a walk-in closet.

BEDROOM 2 has two Queen size beds with pillow top mattresses. It has its’ own bathroom with a tub / shower combination and a multi head shower system. You'll love the private covered terrace with big rattan lounge chairs. Bedroom 2 also offers a unique private space - a private TV Loft sitting area with reclining lounge chairs that opens to the second-floor deck, outdoor cushioned lounge chairs and a beautiful beach and oceanfront view. This loft is accessed by a small steep staircase inside the bedroom as well as from the upper deck.

LAUNDRY ROOM has a stacked full-sized washer and dryer plus a deep laundry sink and access to the exterior service yard.

You'll love spending a week or two at the beach in this convenient and comfortable spot. And THIS BEACH IS THE BEST! At low tide there are several hundred yards of sand - perfect for jogging, bike riding, games, kite flying and just about anything else you can think of! You can reserve beach chairs and umbrellas (or take chairs provided in the villa); go shelling, bird watching, and more! Plus just a couple of hundred yards up the beach is the always fun Dunes House Grill - with great food for lunch and dinner on their beachfront deck.

Our Villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have a full-time manager on call at all times – in case anything comes up that you need.

Our Villa is fully air conditioned. Offers high speed wifi throughout and a house phone with free long distance calls anywhere in the USA.

The Palmetto Dunes Resort has 24 hour gated security. And in peak season the Dunes Buggy - a free on demand shuttle - is available for transportation throughout the resort!

There are bike and kayak rentals close by; a charming General Store for all your last minute needs and an excellent restaurant – Alexanders – all within walking distance.

The Hilton Hotel is a lovely spot for entertainment, restaurants and a wonderful Spa – it is right next door.
