On-site amenities include private pool, spa, bath house, and children's pool. Located near Arthur Hills golf course, Barrington and Windsor Place oceanfront villas. *Pool and spa heated seasonally. Please confirm dates with Island Getaway.

This amazing, completely renovated three bedroom villa is the perfect destination for your next quest for relaxation! Enjoy the serenity of the screened-in porch from either of the 2 chairs or the chaise lounge. The living room features a large entertainment center with flat-screen TV, sofa, and loveseat as well as great lagoon view. You'll feel free to dine in, as this unit has a beautiful fully-equipped granite kitchen with four bar stools and stainless steel appliances as well as a dining room area that seats 6. The master bedroom is on the first floor and offers a king size bed, TV, private bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower as well as access to the screened - in porch. A few quick steps take you upstairs to the second and third bedrooms. The first has a queen bed and a twin bed, a private bathroom with tub and shower combination. The second upstairs bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, and private bathroom with glass shower. A short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the pool makes this unit ideal for anyone who enjoys time in the island sun!

Great rental property that checked all the right boxes: clean, quiet, convenient location and safe. The keypad entry made checking in and out a breeze as well as making is easy for individuals within our group to come and go with ease without coordinating key hand-offs. The screened in porch was a lovely place to hang out. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was a huge plus. The kitchen was on the small size but you could see in the pictures that it wasn’t going to be huge. Very happy we chose 7615 Huntington!

Great place, great location. Well stocked. Nothing to worry about whatsoever. There wasn’t a tv in the 3rd bedroom for the kids but it wasn’t that much of an inconvenience. Overall we were very satisfied.

With just a 5 minute walk to the beach and with its shady setting near the pool, this condo was perfect for an island getaway. Completely renovated, so clean and excellent - this was a terrific easy environment. One little point that made a difference - everything worked... we all loved it.

We loved staying in Huntington. Access to the beach was good. We did have a broken chair in the master bedroom found upon initially entering home. Was not a problem for us, but curious if anyone knew this. We would definitely consider staying here again.
