With three king bedrooms, multiple living and dining areas, a private fenced pool, and nearly everything located on one level, 27 Hollyberry Lane makes it easy to settle in, spread out, and enjoy a relaxed Hilton Head vacation.

THE SETTING: Located in Greenwood Forest, 27 Hollyberry Lane offers a peaceful residential setting with convenient access to the beach, Sea Pines Forest Preserve, Harbour Town, golf, dining, shopping, and miles of bike paths. Spend the morning exploring Sea Pines, return home for an afternoon by the private pool, and enjoy an easy evening together in one of the home's many indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, multi-generational groups, several couples traveling together, and friends looking for spacious accommodations with a convenient layout. Three king bedrooms make the home particularly appealing for adults traveling together, while the twin bedroom provides additional flexibility for younger guests. With most of the home on one level, multiple living areas, and a fenced pool area, everyone can enjoy both togetherness and room to spread out.

WHAT GUESTS LOVE MOST: Guests love how comfortably the home accommodates a group. The open-concept layout creates an easy flow between living and dining spaces, while additional gathering areas provide plenty of options for reading, watching a movie, or simply enjoying a little quiet time. Outside, the fenced private pool is a favorite for families and offers an inviting place to spend long afternoons at home.

POOL: The private pool is surrounded by a fenced pool area, providing additional separation from the rest of the yard and making it especially convenient for families traveling with children or approved dogs. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the pool. Electric pool heat is available during select cooler months.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 8 comfortably // 3 King beds // 2 Twin beds. Three bedrooms feature king beds, while the fourth bedroom offers two twin beds. Most bedrooms and living spaces are located on the main level, with only the twin bedroom and its bathroom upstairs. Luxury BESTNEST linens and comfortable bedding throughout provide an inviting place to recharge at the end of each day.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: The open kitchen is exceptionally equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners at home. Quality cookware, matching dinnerware, generous serving pieces, ample glassware, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, and plentiful kitchen essentials make preparing meals for a group easy and enjoyable.

BESTNEST GUESTS ENJOY: Thoughtful comforts designed to make vacation easy, including luxury linens and towels, beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach cart, cooler, bathroom essentials, laundry supplies, paper products for the duration of your stay, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, and responsive local Guest Services whenever assistance is needed.

PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Dogs are also not permitted in the pool. Traveling without a pet? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this Nest.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a 10 minute bike ride to the Beach Club. During peak season, complimentary Sea Pines Beach Trolleys transport guests from designated parking areas to the Sea Pines Beach Club. The closest trolley location is near the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak Road, approximately three minutes away by car. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

POOL HEAT: The private pool may be heated electrically for an additional fee of $150 for the first day and $50 for each additional day during March through May and September through November. Electric pool heat is economical but may be less effective during the coldest months of the year. Pool heat fees are non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
