2401 Sea Crest is a spacious one bedroom, 2-bath villa with ocean views from the fourth floor. The entire villa has a plush green carpet and cream-colored walls and is tastefully decorated.

To the left of the foyer is a very large bedroom with a king bed, 32” TV in the armoire, a walk-in closet, which also has a twin roll-away bed. The master bathroom is also very spacious and has double vanities, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bathroom is located off the front hall featuring a pedestal sink and glass shower. In the hall closet by the kitchen is the full-size washer and dryer.

The living room with raised ceiling and crown molding provides plenty of seating with a blue queen sleeper sofa & matching love seat, an additional large club chair in tropical print, large white glass-topped coffee table, and white wood cabinet armoire housing the 40" Roku TV. The dining area has a wood & cream table with seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen has a light, airy feel with white cabinets & Corian countertops. There are two bar chairs at the kitchen counter for additional seating. The balcony is located off the living room and has two chairs. This is a great place for guests to relax after a day at the beach.
