The recently upgraded kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops and bar, and a stainless sink with pulldown faucet. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and offers an eat-in bar for 2.

The dining room seats up to 6 and opens to a gorgeous living area. The living room comes complete with sleeper sofa, loveseat, a TV, and wonderful views of the Atlantic. The courtyard between the villa and the ocean, which is lush and full of color, with meticulous landscaping, provides a quiet and peaceful environment during the morning, day, and evening.

The large master suite has a king bed, TV, walk- in closet and a newly renovated private bath. Everything is new: tub, separate tiled shower with frameless glass doors, cabinets with quartz countertops, rectangular sinks and Moen faucets, toilet, tiled floor, mirrors and lighting. Overall great condo!

Condo was updated and very nice.Had all the kitchen essentials needed, a great amount of bath towels and a starter amount of supplies such as paper towel, dish soap & such.Booked last minute so I appreciated the management company’s after hour lockbox for easy info packet & parking pass pick up. Door keypad was great to be able to enter once we arrived & not have to deal with keys.
