  • This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is just steps from the beach! The open concept floor plan has hardwood and tile flooring and bead-board walls throughout. The living area features new furniture, including a sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV. The dining area features seating for 4, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals for your guests.

    The main bedroom features a queen bed with a Smart TV, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, as well as a Smart TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

    In addition to being just a 5 minute walk to the beach, guests of Hilton Head Resort have access to amazing amenities, including a sauna, tennis courts, hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, onsite dining, as well as private beach access. Hilton Head Resorts allows 2 cars only.

    Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
