1st Beach Trip!

This was a perfect set up for Grandkids first beach trip. Having access to all the pools and resort amenities was great for all ages! Loved every minute!

Charming Condo Steps Away from the Beach!

My daughter and I loved our stay at this condo in Hilton Head Resort. Not only does it have access to one of our favorite beaches, it’s also minutes away from Shelter Cove Shopping Center. We also appreciated how everything you need— from beach towels to seafood crackers to board games— are all there for you!

Labor Day weekend getaway

Me and my family had a great stay in this condo. The amenities of this condo made our stay a breeze! We forgot our beach towels and the owners had plenty of them in the room for us to use. Also came with 2 beach umbrellas and chairs for everybody!

Family Vacation

We loved staying at Mollygans. The villa was full of beach decor, kitchen had everything you needed and it was clean. I contacted the owner with some questions during our stay, she responded quickly and was able to answer my questions.

We really enjoyed our time. There was so much to do to. 3 pools, pickleball, tennis, indoor track for our daughter to run on, and of course the beach.

This condo was perfect for me and my two daughters vacation. It was our first trip to Hilton Head and the location, property, and amenities made it a perfect stay. The owner is easy to work with and has great communication. We had a wonderful week and would gladly stay here again.

Perfect piece of beach happiness

This place has EVERYTHING beaides food and clothes you need to enjoy HHI, and it is all labellled so great. Close to beach, stores, fun activites. The amenities are great. The beds are so comfortable. Communication was fast and clear with instructions. So great will stay again.

Family vacation

My family enjoyed the amenities on the resort such as the pools and tennis courts. The resort is centrally located. You can get to restaurants and excursions within 15 minutes. Molly, the owner, was prompt in getting back to you if you had questions.

Fun Resort!

Hilton Head Resort really has it all! There were endless things for the kids to do. The condo was well equipped, but cramped. It is filled with beachy decor many people will love, but I found it to be overkill. Property manager was fantastic to work with,

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great vacation at Hilton Head in this condo unit. Great location with direct beach access, and easy to get to anywhere. Really love how the unit includes many items for the beach to use, as well as inside. We've stayed at a few VRBO locations, and our previous experiences didn't include many little things you will find here. For example, basic staples like coffee filters for the machine, condiments/ spices, ice packs, etc. If we return to Hilton Head, we will definitely consider this rental again !

Great Getaway

Great location, awesome space, very well stocked, awesome facilities, and a short walk to a very clean beach. My family makes regular trips to HHI, and have stayed on many properties all over the island. We absolutely recommend this place, as it has ample space, is well stocked with necessities, has an indoor heated pool (very important with kids on not so good beach days), and has a lockable storage area with all the beach items you could want or need (very important with kids on good beach days). Overall, we very much enjoyed the stay, and communication with host was spot on and prompt. Thank you Mollygans for a great stay! PS - to my fellow acrophobics, take a deep breath and look forward, you’ll be fine!

Perfect condo to make you feel at home

The condo was comfortable and made you feel at home. So well stocked with cooking equipment & beach supplies (chairs, wagon, beach toys)! We appreciated all the extras the owners put in for the guests. There is even a resident alligator in one of the ponds/lagoons by the boardwalk. Very neat to see him each day. Tips if you head in on a weekend - don’t try hitting a big grocery store on the island! They are crazy busy! Try the deli/store in building 1 before venturing off the resort on a Saturday! Thank you for a great time!

Great condo and great location!

First time at Hilton head and this condo was the perfect space for us. Clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Beds were super comfy and the space was just the right size for a party of 4. We were super close to everything driving wise and enjoyed exploring each day. Pros- location, cleanliness, great host, great space, accommodating, and accurately listed online. Cons- beach items in storage could use some updating. The chairs had some rusting which made them hard to open and close. The building where the condo is located was super humid. Coming in from the heat outside into a humid building wasn’t always pleasant but the AC in the room made up for it. Only one elevator so on weekend its hard to use Overall great experience!.

Great for family of 4 or 5!

Easy getting into the gated property. Once in the room, felt cozy and inviting. We had a couple of minor hiccups early on, but the owner was extremely fast when responding and everything was dealt with. The close proximity to the indoor pools was excellent, as well as the closeness to the stairwell and laundry facility. We highly recommend using the facilities prior to the beach because you can’t count on using the restrooms at Cocos due to minimal options. During rainy days, the indoor pools fill up quickly after 10am, but prior to that, they seemed to be quiet. We highly recommend this specific property.

Everything you need for a quick get-away

This condo is great! As a mom of five, I'm used to packing the kitchen sink for every little get-away. You don't need it for this place! Need a beach cooler? They have it. Need a wagon or a chair? They have it. Need a waterproof case to hold your phone? They have it. Before you pack, check with the hosts. They probably have it! The host has a true gift of hospitality and the condo is too cute.The walk to the beach isn't bad, but I loved the option of the shuttle. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again!

Everything and More

This wasn’t a rental it was a home away from home. All the necessities were furnished and well organized. Cabinets were labeled with all the needed pots, pans, plate and cups. We were provided beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, and a wagon to take all of this to the beach. There were even extras of something you might have forgotten to pack...toothbrush, razor, deodorant. You just replaced what you used when you went to the store the next day or sometime during your stay. Molly (owner) was just wonderful to work with and easy to reach if needed. She is so nice and accommodating. We are hoping to return soon for another vacation.

Affordable vacation villa with great location and ammenities

This was our forst visit to HHI. Nestled between the beach, multi-million dollar homes, golf courses and parks, this resort has just about everything you need for a great vacation. It's not beach-front, but it does have access to the beach by using a private boardwalk that crosses a fascinating low-land natural area. Its about a 5-6 minute walk to the beach, and from the boardwalk you can see all kinds of birds and other wildlife, and see the level of the tide before getting to the beach. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts. During the warmer seasons - a beach-side bar and poolside grill and deli. The villa has a nice layout and adequate space for a couple or small family. There are bike/walking trails all over HHI...but the beach is the best for daily walks or rides. We communicated directly with the villa owner (not an agent), who was very responsive and easy to work with. Her villa was very warm and cozy...more like sharing a home, than a rental. And the room had everything you might need! It is in building 3, overlooking the pool and hot-tub, which was nice to peek out and see if the pools were busy, or empty (during COVID). Occasionally from the room we could hear the voices of laughing kids playing in the pool...that's a good thing! This was our first visit to HHI and we will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.

Great Stay

This was a great place for our family vacation. The host responded quicker than I could have ever imagined when we had questions. It was decorated wonderfully for a beach vacation and had all the extras we could hope for such as toys and chairs for the beach. I highly recommend this unit. Thanks for letting us stay here and being a great host.
