Great condo, great location! Views off the deck to Calibogue Sound and sunsets. Walk out the door to the beach or to the Salty Dog and South Beach Marina where there is live entertainment throughout the summer and on many weekends and holidays during the off-season.

The owner is a 25+ year hospitality veteran and has renovated this condo to include the high-end comforts of home and leading-edge technology. These modern refinements will make your stay relaxing and memorable: high-speed Wi-Fi, a 65” smart Samsung TV in the Living Room, a 55” smart LG TV in the Bedroom, dimmable LED lighting, ceiling fans and all the kitchen essentials you will need.

The condo is a second floor end unit affording privacy and a view.

The king-size bed in the master bedroom and the queen-size sleeper sofa bed in the living room are both premium gel-foam mattresses. You will sleep soundly - read the reviews! Plus, there is a full-size washer and dryer in the bedroom walk-in closet just in case you need to do laundry.

This South Beach location includes proximity to new pickle ball and tennis courts. Reservations arranged through the South Beach Racquet Club. Watersports available at the South Beach Marina include paddleboards, kayaks, fishing tours, and dolphin watching. South Beach Marina also offers seasonally-operated restaurants (including the Salty Dog), gift shops, and a general store. And be sure to book a Salty Dog sunset cruise (best deal on the island!)

Lastly, all of the Sea Pines amenities are right at your doorstep or an easy bike ride down the leisure trails. This is a second floor end unit facing the Calibogue Sound. Please note there are exterior steps in ALL Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Sea Pines is well underway on a $50 million infrastructure improvement program. Leisure trails have been widened, roads have been paved and new tropical landscaping abounds. The long-awaited renovation of the South Beach Pool is now complete and short-term rental guests staying in the Bluff Villas may register and pay at the pool during the summer months.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and even nicer than the pictures. The owner needs to update the description to specify that the pool is open but is not included in your rental fees. You will need to purchase a pass for pool access.

Another wonderful trip

This is a wonderful property! Clean, comfortable with quick beach access and close to Salty Dog. Sitting on the balcony, drinking a glass of wine watching the sun set was perfect way to end each day.

The unit was clean and tidy. Kitchen was very well stocked, and we were very happy to see all the extra pillows for the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the walk-in closet with washer and dryer was greatly appreciated. Location is perfect with easy walk to beach and The Salty Dog. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

This is our 3rd stay in this beautiful condo & it never disappoints. The condo is impeccably clean, decorated with taste & always perfect when we arrive. The location is right across from the beach & The Salty Dog. Tom, the owner, is great to work with and excellent with communication. Great place in Sea Pines

We booked a very last-minute stay at this great condo in Sea Pines. The location was great...walking distance to The Salty Dog. The unit itself was perfect. It was clean, modern and the right size for my husband and me. I can't say enough about our host, Tom. We had very unique circumstances surrounding our visit and he was compassionate and flexible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - great condo in a great location at a great price! Clean, nicely equipped & close to the beach, bike path & shopping & dining at South Beach Village, including the Salty Dog Cafe - all within a few minute walk. Only critiques are that operating the TVs was confusing, & the front door keycode didn't work well.

Long weekend

We spent a long weekend in Hilton Head and loved this condo. It was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Please note that the glass sliding door off the living room needs repairs to be able to open it. Was not a major issue as we were able to gain access to the balcony from the bedroom. Thanks for everything.

Vaca 2024

We love Sea Pines. This was our 4th time to Hilton Head and 3rd time renting from Tom Ives. His place is perfect for my husband and me. He keeps a beautiful place and is wonderful to work with. He goes above and beyond for his renters. We love coming to Hilton Head. It is very relaxing for us. The restaurants are great, shopping is great and the beaches are very nice. We will be back.

This place was beautiful. The most comfortable bed and bedding, exceptionally clean, percent location. Even though our trip was cut short because of Debby we will definitely stay again. Tom was amazing to work with. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of storage and space. There were small areas in the place to put things like keys and jewel or extra stuff this is a big deal to us women. Huge closet. We loved this place. One of the best we have seen in a long time
