Future days beach stays! The Links Villa 13A. Beautiful, completely renovated, 3 br/ 3 full baths just 7 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to large community pool! All new floors, grill, fridge, furniture and more! You can take our golf cart and get to the beach in 3 mins! Beautiful villa right on the 7th fairway of the Port Royal Barony golf course. Ideal for 2 families or a family and grandparents! Large screened in porch to enjoy the sunset over the golf course. Take your clubs out in the evening and have fun!
Three night min., except June and July (5 night min).

Island Thanksgiving

We planned a getaway Thanksgiving. This property worked out perfectly for our family group of seven. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing our Thanksgiving Dinner. The golf cart was a nice extra for transportation and parking at the beach.

Hidden gem

We loved our stay at this beach cottage - just enough space for everyone (3 full baths). The golf cart was great to take to the beach - very close and easy to get to. We also loved the pond between the pool and road - we fed the turtles daily, but be careful! We saw a gator on the way on the other side of the road through the corrogated pipe, so the signs are not joking! Screen porch gave us more hang time too.

Great stay!

We just finished up a week in HHI, and this place was a gem. It was in a very quiet complex, and the rental had everything you would need for a great vacation. The community pool is very close, and my kids all liked that (it wasn't too deep for young kids). Having the golf cart was really convenient, as the walk to the beach would be a little far by foot with all your beach gear. This rental had beach toys galore, chairs, an extra fridge, seriously everything. We also liked that it was in a small complex with only a few rentals. It is on a golf cart so that was also very relaxing. The screened in porch was lovely. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cozy, Updated and Beach fun

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was the perfect size for my family of six. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the couches were cozy, the kitchen was nice and we enjoyed the screened in back porch. The golf cart made our stay even better. They had a large canopy to use on the beach, a variety of beach toys and chairs, and instructions left for us on the best way to get to the beach. The pool was the perfect size for us and most of the time, it was just us in the pool. We love HHI and would definitely consider returning to this villa in the future.

Great Family Beach House - Port Royal

We really enjoyed the property this past week. This was the first time our two children had their own bedroom during our visit to HHI. Having 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom was so nice. The property has a great living room and screened porch, great for relaxing. The golf cart was such a bonus to go to/from the beach. The owners were very responsive to my many questions/comments. For many years we have visited during the summer months with our kids in school, being able to come in October was a plus, less folks on the island, warm beach days and cooler evenings was a nice change. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us.
