Completely renovated top to bottom, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom dog-friendly condo is sure to please! Wood and tile flooring span the property, which is decorated with a soothing, coastal feel. The living area features a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. The patio is the perfect spot for outdoor dining and features seating for 4. Just off the living area you'll find the dining area and a half bathroom.

The kitchen features black and stainless appliances, as well as a bar with seating for 3.

The bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The private patio can also be accessed from the bedroom. The bathroom features a separate vanity area and large, tiled walk-in shower.

Guests of St. Andrews can enjoy the complex pool, as well as the many bike trails in Palmetto Dunes. Beach access is just a 10 minute bike ride away. 2 cars max.

Please note: This property does have a Ring Camera at the front door for security purposes.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 35 pounds per dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Welcome to St Andrews Commons, Hilton Head Island! A motion activated security arm has been installed at the property entrance to ensure orderly vehicle and bicycle traffic. It is important to approach the arm slowly until activation occurs and the lighting on the arm changes from red to green. A line of cars and bicycles will be able to proceed through the gate without waiting for it to recycle. Please use care when approaching and proceeding through the gate.

First Visit to Hilton Head

It was very easy to rent from Sunset Rentals. The staff was efficient, friendly and communicated all the info we needed. The unit was very nice, the only minor issue was a couch that needed cleaned. All else was very nice. We will rent again.

Just perfect

We wanted a place at the beach where we could bring our little beagle. Often times that means having to get a two or three bedroom unit and this was exactly right for us to one bedroom unit with a kitchen and walk out a little patio area. Exceptional!
