Excellent HHI Location
We greatly enjoyed our stay. This was our 2nd time staying at a unit in the Ocean Palms property that gives you access to the Westin's pools and beach.
Overall I would definitely recommend this unit. The pool is less than a minute away, and the Westin's beach is a quick shuttle away. The owner was very nice and quick to respond and answered all of our questions.
I would recommend that all owners of these units tell their renters that they should check in with the Villa office around the corner and down the hall from the main Westin check-in desk. We knew this from our previous visit.
We would definitely rent this unit again.
Other comments:
This unit was very clean and has the updated granite kitchen, but the bathrooms have not been updated while some of our other extended family's units had been. (1 out of 4 total units had an updated bath) I only mention this because there is a walk in show in the "master" bath, but the 2nd bath only has the garden tub that you have to walk up and over the edge to use as a shower. These are very slippery steps and would be very worried if anyone used that wasn't young and agile. The update puts a much nicer walk in shower in the master, and a standard tub/shower combo in the 2nd bath.
Also not an issue with this units owner, but I wish the company that runs these buildings would update the furniture too. Every unit is the same uncomfortable couch, loveseat, and chair.
Again for the overall size, location, amenities, and price I would definitely recommend staying here and in this particular unit.
