Quiet Top Floor Condo w/ Ocean View / Sleeps up to 7

  • Home Sweet Home is the best way to describe this beautiful Admirals Row 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Villa. Everything has been thought out so very well to make sure that you have all the comforts that you need to have the best vacation EVER!

    The decor is updated, tasteful and calming, as you can see from the pictures. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress and a built in mattress topper for added comfort. It has its own bathroom, which is very clean. The second bedroom has twin beds and they also have mattress toppers. The second bathroom is also very clean and has a full tub and shower. Both bedrooms have TVs with streaming services.

    The kitchen is roomy and well equipped with stainless new appliances. The dining room table is a 'high' table which gives extra styling to the room. The living room furniture is newer and includes not only a new queen sofa sleeper, but also a new overstuffed chair that converts to a single bed. The bedroom carpeting was replaced in January 2023.

    Also included are 4 beach chairs, a beach sportbrella, a beach cart and a 'Pack N Play' to use during your stay (sheets NOT included for the 'Pack N Play'). This Villa is very special.

    The location of the villa is also very nice. It is located in the Admirals Row section of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis. It is Unit #AR442 and has the privilege of being on the quiet top floor with a view of the beautiful ocean from the large balcony.

    To get to the beach, just walk across the parking lot, across the boardwalk and the beach is right there. It only takes about three to four minutes.

    The RESORT has the island's largest oceanfront pool. There is also a smaller pool located in the Admirals Row section of the resort.

    The kids will be entertained by the pools, the fantastic beach, ice cream at Jamaica Joe'z by the oceanfront pool, bike riding, shopping and so many other attractions that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

    Adults will enjoy the on site Coconutz Sports Bar where they are more than willing to put on your game of choice. The bar food is good there also. You can also dine outside with a nice view of the lagoon.

    Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is a gated resort providing 24/7 security.

    This is a non smoking villa and pets are not allowed in the resort.

The property was properly listed and exceeded expectations. It is tucked nicely away in the most quiet area of the entire property. You can enjoy a view of the Atlantic from the balcony and relax in a peaceful atmosphere. The property had everything we could possibly need. We were especially drawn to the onsite washer/dryer which enabled us to pack light. Everything functioned properly, was clean and Steve was very responsive and informative. I would highly recommend the property to anybody.

The place was as described. Not super luxurious, but a nice comfortable place nonetheless. Good location, clean, and efficient, plenty of room for two to four people. Nicely decorated, and owner was very responsive. You are close to everything.

Great place near beach and pool

This was a perfect place for our family of 4. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Having the Washer and Dryer in the condo was perfect. The location was also great and one of the pools was right outside. The proximity to the beach was about 100 yards away. We would stay here again.

Great condo on Folly Field in Hilton Head. Very clean 2 bedroom and 2 bath wirh easy access to the beach. Very nice kitchen with upgraded appliances. I stayed there with my family and didnt want to leave. I would highly recommend bookibg this condo. We will definitely be going back!

Best of Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis

We have stayed in several condos in this resort. This was by far the best of the best! Super roomy, great layout and use of space, clean, and beach views. The host was fantastic—response time was speedy. We didn’t have a single issue while we were there, but if we had, I’m sure he would have fixed it right away. We will be reserving again!

Wonderful Vacation Home Away From Our Indiana Farm Home

What a delightful, warm, beachy, welcoming condo. Everything was clean and in working order. The Keurig coffee maker was perfect for making our morning coffee and watching some amazing sunrises over the ocean from the balcony. Having a washer and dryer was a super bonus. Steve answered all communication immediately. He was a very gracious host. Very Comfortable with all the conveniences

We stayed in the condo for a week. The location and view were very relaxing. I have rented many condos in the past and it's the little things that make me happy and comfortable. For example, a Keurig machine (let the golfers make and take their coffee early in the morning and then I can enjoy mine later), an iron and iron board, a great refrigerator, plenty of hangers, an adapter outlet with multiple outside and USB options, and a well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the pools and it's a very easy and close walk to the beach. Overall, we were very happy with this condo and enjoyed a wonderful family vacation. Can't wait to go back to Hilton Head Island again.

Best Owner Communication

While the beginning of our week was rainy, we still had a great experience. This place is right on the beach and the beach itself was clean too. There was a large pool and a smaller one right by our building. I broke my ankle about 5 weeks before our trip, so I was using a knee scooter. There was a ramp to the first floor and an elevator to the 4th floor, so it worked for me. And we were able to rent a beach wheelchair for the week. The owner answered all of my questions within mi yes. If I could I’d give him more than 5 stars. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We ordered from Coconutz ( which is in the resort) twice and enjoyed our meals both times. I would rent this place again if we return
