Beautiful and relaxing

Beautiful unit, stocked with everything I needed, close to the beach. February stay and found it private and quiet. Walking distance to Coligny Beach shops and restaurants. Everything about the reservation and checkout was easy.

Memorial Day stay at the beach

Cozy quarters. Right on the beach and close to Coligny and all the action. Property is a little dated and in need of a sprucing up but overall was fine.

Awesome vacation

We had an absolute blast! This was our first time and we will definitely be back. Only complaint is no air in back bedroom so very warm and I couldn’t get to other side of bed I had to crawl over hubby if I had to get up so I slept on couch to be cooler and not climb over him. Sliding door very hard to open, but it was a great place to stay overall. 😕

Amazing location!

This spot was perfect. Parked the car and didn't get back into it until we left the island. I would note that it is very small - we had two adults and two teens and we were definitely in each other's way. It did not negatively impact our trip at all, but might be useful to know there is not a lot of space for things. They also need WAY more hooks and space savers to keep things organized/out of the way. We had a blast!!

Great Location but stops there

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pro’s are the this condo was close to the beach and a short walk/bike ride or drive to Coligny Plaza. We arrived for a late check in with no problem getting keys and access to the condo. There were plenty of towels for us and the kitchen was more than adequate. The master bedroom slept comfortably and had an extremely small tv mounted to the wall. This didn’t bother us as we didn’t go to watch tv, but it may matter to some. The master room itself was Very small, not enough space to walk in between the bed and the wall to the other side of you are any size at all. Neither the bathtub or the sink drained well. When we would shower the water would literally fill up over your ankles quickly. The sleeper sofa gave no indications of being “new” and the pullout mattress looked and slept “worn”. There were also no linens for the sofa bed. When we called and asked for them the next day all they gave us were linens, no blanket or comforter. The small sleeping area in the hallway is NOT perfect for a younger kid and is a safety hazard with no protective railing to prevent falls. Also there was no ladder or anything to access the bunk and you have to use a kitchen chair. The a/c unit is typically small and did not do a great job of reaching the master bedroom. Ceiling fans had one speed...slow. Whoever did the photo layout did a great job of making it look good but it is not spacious at all and doesn’t sleep 4 comfortably as advertised. I do not recommend this condo for the money.

Bedroom Inadequate.

Clean. Needs updating. Bedroom is absolutely too small for a queen size bed. Between the end of the bed and the wall, there are only a few inches to squeeze by, so this would be very uncomfortable for two people.

Dirty dishes left in the kitchen and I had to kill a cockroach in the bathroom. So cleaniless is very questionable. Not acceptable during a pandemic and the cleaning fee goes to folks who don't actually clean. Good location. Can walk every where. No need really for bikes. Felt secure. Nice to have two pools on the property. I wouldn't stay at this same exact condo, but the complex itself was nice. Unfortunately I paid way too much for a place that's very questionable when it comes to cleaniless.

The condo is in the perfect location, but it was pretty dirty. Found chips on the floor, bedding just balled up in the closet, pullout couch bedding was not provided, hairs in the bathroom floor, etc. But, short walk to the beach!

Needs better cleaning during Pandemic!

This unit is on the 2nd floor, 2 doors away from the elevator and stairs, which was very convenient. Upon entering the unit, the first thing that struck me was that it didn’t look very clean. I could see fingerprints on the microwave and door handles. There was food residue on the fridge and in the microwave. There was a Bobby pin on the carpet, as well as other debris, that had not been vacuumed up. Under normal circumstances, I would not have been impressed with the cleanliness, but in the midst of coronavirus, it was completely inadequate. I spent the first hour of my vacation re-cleaning the condo. Oh and I found a completely full dishwasher left for me to unload. Cleaning up after other people is what i do when I’m NOT on vacation!!! The condo itself was small, but okay for 2. I would not want to be there with 5 people. There was plenty of storage areas- closets, drawers, etc. Nice area for beach stuff. The kitchen was well stocked, with the exception of not having measuring cups/spoons that we could find. The living room area is small and we didn’t find the couch to be very comfortable. There were no linens for the pull out sofa and the A/C and fridge were quite loud for sleeping in there. There was a blanket in the closet, but it was wadded up on a shelf, as if it had been used but not laundered, so we didn’t use it. The deck area was a nice size, but covered in sand. There is a bit of an ocean view, but you can’t see the sunrise due to the angle. There is a single bathroom, which was fine, though a clothesline to hang wet items in the bathtub would have been nice. The bedroom wall is angled in such a manner that makes it impossible to get to one side of the bed without climbing across the bed, but the mattress was reasonably comfortable. The bedroom is also hot. As someone else mentioned, the AC is in the living room area and doesn’t really cool the bedroom very well. There is a ceiling fan. The “bunk” bed is very high, narrow, and has no railing, and no way to get up to it. If a child fell, they would be falling about 5 ft onto ceramic tile, so I would call this unusable. There is no laundry in the condo. There is a small pool in the courtyard area. Of note, there is a public beach access path that literally runs thru the middle of the complex, so the beach was very crowded. There were few coronavirus precautions being observed throughout HHI, esp. in shopping areas, FYI (no masks, lots of crowding).
