This is one of the best two bedroom sunrise beach views on the entire island! The private porch looks straight across the marsh to the Folly between Singleton Beach and Chaplin Park to beach sand, ocean waves and incredible sunrises and moonrises. Don't miss this amazing rare view! Open the porch and master bedroom windows for ocean breezes and let the sound of the surf sing you to sleep!

The villa has been decorated in July/2018 and is baby friendly. The resort is on the beach in central location closer to bike paths, top restaurants, the airport and Palmetto Dunes. Resort includes 02 outside and 01 indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, running track, gym, 6 tennis courts, sun deck, pool side bar & grill, beach front bar, and family grilling area.

We have stayed at HHR before but this unit was even better with beautiful views of the ocean and boardwalk and with the windows open at night you could hear the waves. We had a great time, and the two bunk beds were amazing for our four kids! They love the indoor heated pool on chilly beach days

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

Definitely a very family friendly location with an indoor pool to use on the inclement, or just too hot, days. The boardwalk can look intimidating in length, but it really is a pretty nice walk from the condos to the beach.

Great price for what you get!

The place was clean, had a good selection of kitchen equipment, plenty of space and seating. Yes, some things are dated but if you want to spend thousands and stay somewhere else that is more than your choice. You get exactly what you see in the pictures, the storage unit had tons for our family to use at the beach. Yes, there are some things that need repair as any rental unit will need over time but nothing that inhibited or was a detriment to our stay.

Relaxing Escape

My boyfriend and I took the kids on a quick getaway for their 4 day weekend from school. This place was PERFECT. The view from the balcony and seclusion that you feel sitting out there is relaxing. The location was incredible, as we were literally within a 2-3 minute drive from pretty much anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and would use them again should we go back to Hilton Head.

The owner neglected to tell us the lock combo had been changed and we had to wait awile to get into the condo. The only chair in the sitting area had a broken leg and the lock to the balcony door was broken. These are things that can be easily fixed and should have been taken care of. The location was great and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amenities were very good. Everything you need in a kitchen and then some. The bathroom up grades were very nice. There are some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed. There has been a water leak at some point and the ceiling has not been repaired. The pantry door tends to come off the track. The sliding glass is very hard to open thus the handle is loose. Putting that all aside the view is great!!! Sunrise view. Ease to the beach. Would I stay there again? Yes

Nice location but needs work

We loved this location and Thiago was very responsive. He includes a beach wagon, which is helpful. That said, this unit is in desperate need of repairs and this impacted our enjoyment of the property. There is a hole in the floor and water stains on the ceiling. The bunk beds are missing multiple screws, which is unsafe and unprofessional. The fan and light is on the same frequency as another fan near by in another unit. The lights would turn on randomly in the middle of the night when the other people turned on their fan and lights. It was very frustrating. You are provided with the very basics and there is no salt or pepper (bring your own!). The toilet paper holder is broken and the whole unit really needs paint. It just feels like updating and maintaining this rental is not a priority. We did like the resort and would come back and stay in another unit.

Overall good stay once we got checked in with condo access. Some check in codes given in the description were inaccurate and caused some delays but were later resolved. Ensure codes are accurate for condo door vs. storage unit. The condo is nice but could use some minor maintenence. Beach access was nice and resort amenities were very good. A little dated but good value.
