Enjoy your island getaway from the comfort of this upscale Hilton Head Island vacation resort! Whether you enjoy the beautiful golf courses, a vigorous tennis match, and the miles of bicycle trails and/or relaxing on the beach, this perfectly located condo will allow you to take full advantage of everything Hilton Head Island has to offer, without skimping on the amenities. Coral Sands Resort is located near all the best activities Hilton Head has to offer. From here, you can walk to Coligny Beach to enjoy relaxing and soaking up some sun, or you can pick from an almost endless list of great restaurants, shops, and events within walking distance of the condo. The complex also offers a business center and media room, as well as an activities center – complete with ping pong and air hockey tables, that will provide hours of entertainment for guests of all ages.

NOTICE: As of November 1st, 2020, any reservation being made from January 1st, 2021 and on will be subject to a $50.00 plus Tax $3.00 Resort Fee per any reservation up to 7 nights that will be charges at the time of check-in. This non-refundable Resort Fee will be charged one time for any reservation of 2-7 nights. If a reservation is made for longer than seven nights, there will be an additional $50.00 plus Tax $3.00 Resort Fee charged at the time of check-in.

Super nice manager and staff

Our stay was fantastic thanks to the manager and staff. I accidentally booked the weekend before we got to the place. I couldn’t believe I did what I did and the manager got us into another place so we would have a place to stay. She went beyond what she needed to do since I messed up the dates. We appreciated everything she did for us. Highly recommend staying here.

We love Coral Sands. It's not on the beach but it's just a short bike ride away. The park is right next door and coligny is on the other side of the park. We love the coligny area.

Family vacation

The location was great, we were able to walk a lot and could park in the public beach parking lot for beach access. The place was spacious and clean. The only complaint we had were the beds were not the most comfortable. We had to put someone on the pull out sofa and it was very uncomfortable.

Comfortable lucious stay

The condo was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable. One member in the group felt it might be important to me tion the third bedroom has no windows. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach. You can walk or bike to almost any of them.

Comfortable condo

Set up of this condo is very comfortable. From the balcony (which was nice to go on even in the winter) the pool is very visible. All 3 bedrooms are set up comfortably, plenty of places to sit. Easy parking. I was told the pool and lazy river were heated - they were not! That should not be advertised. Several guests wanted to use the pool, but no one would go in that cold water. We did use the hot tub, which was nice.

Nice place to stay

We loved this place. Everyone was nice that i dealt with. I only stayed 2 nights not 3 because my 3yr old nephew got metal in his foot from kiddie pool and i cut my toe open in lazy river so it was hard for me to do alot of walking and i had a 7hr drive so i left Tuesday about 12pm. The place was clean and nice. I would stay again.

Perfect family vacation

Coral Sands was the perfect fit for our family vacation. All ten members felt the room was spacious enough to accommodate all us. The resort is conveniently located with in walking distant to both the beach and Coligny. The resort pool is right outside the front door. Coral Sand’s staff is phenomenal, they are extremely helpful. They also do a wonderful job of offering activities for children (tee-shirt making, paintings, necklace making, ice cream socials, movie nights, etc). The kids loved the pool and lazy river. Overall, we loved our time there and highly recommend.

Wonderful property

The location and amenities of this property were great. Short walk to the beach, even shorter walk to the playground and right across the street from shops and restaurants. The condo had a nice layout. The pots and pans weren't the greatest - but I wouldn't use my nice pots and pans at a rental either. If you are picky though, you may want to bring your own. The pool and game room were great for the kids and the property offered lots of fun activities.

Property management suggestions

Good location to food and shops once you find them. A notification at booking stating the pool will not be heated and pool bar will be closed would have been nice. Also a guide to local grocery shopping would have saved a lot of time searching that was un needed.

Clean, Spacious Condo

The condo at the Coral Sands Resort was one of the biggest and cleanest we've ever stayed in! It felt more like a hotel than a rental. Pool was great and the kids loved it. Balcony is large, wifi worked perfectly, beds were comfortable, appliances worked well. The only complaint was some neighbor was smoking weed, which make the balcony quite unpleasant at times, but that can happen anywhere selfish, ignorant people stay. Our group included a toddler and a 4.5 year old and we were able to walk to the beach (carrying the toddler). Beach is also great, but gets very crowded. Coligny Plaza is well-equipped with restrooms, showers, splash pad, and a nice long covered path over the soft sand that makes pulling a wagon to the hard sand easy. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Coral Sands Resort

The Resort is nice with great location. However, our unit is located on the 2nd floor and could hear the kid running above our unit. I was disappointed that there were no shampoo or conditioner provided. Only one roll of paper towels was provided for a week long stay. The master bathroom door is not properly installed and hope someone could take a look to fix it. The master shower door has leaked on the side panel. The dish washer rack needs a replacement due to rusting.

Perfect family vacation spot!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! We went with my cousin and her kids and we took our 4 kids. The room: Perfect 3 bedroom place -great beds -great floor plan -washer and dryer (big plus when traveling with 10 people) -kitchen (fully stocked with the basics) The resort -I can’t say enough about this resort!!! -the pool area was our main reason for booking this place and it did not disappoint -the activity room was perfect for all our kids and the one rain day we had. - our condo location was also perfect(right next to the main building, the pool, and the grills) Hilton head/ Coligny beach - the location of coral sands was great! - we walked to Coligny plaza every day and there is a huge pirate ship playground right next to Coligny plaza -The bank restaurant is right across from the resort and is a must do! Downsides - not super close to the beach, can walk to it but would be annoying to haul a bunch of stuff for how many kids we had (we didn’t mind we are not beach people) (this is just a preference, still a great place if you want to do the beach!) Hoping to stay here every year!
