Lagoon View/Ground Floor/Near Harbour Town - Racquet Club Villas

This villa is on the ground floor with a spectacular lagoon view. You'll be minutes from the Harbour Town Golf Course, home of the PGA Heritage Golf Classic each April.

This villa is great for a couples. The living/dining room opens onto a private patio overlooking the grounds and lagoon. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, flat screen television (Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more) and has access to the bathroom in the hallway.

Located near the exclusive Harbour Town area. This well furnished villa is a Tennis Player's dream. There are 4 clay tennis courts (no cost for guests) and a swimming pool on site.

New decor, recent furniture upgrades, two flat TVs, well equipped and easy walking distance to Harbour Town shopping and dining.

Sea Pines is a gated community. The beach is a short bike ride away and Sea Pines offers over 20 miles of bike trails.

Nesting night herons, cormorants, great blue herons, alligators, turtles, deer, raccoons and many other species of wildlife can be spotted while enjoying a drink on the back patio. At night listen for the jumping fish in the lagoon.

Take in the beauty of the plantation on a bike or ride the free trolley to the Beach Club and many other stops. The trolley stops right in front of the villa. Countless other services and activities are offered within the plantation or are an easy drive away.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We had the best experience at this property. It was the cleanest HHI place we have EVER stayed in and every detail was so well thought out. They had everything a person could need and more. We plan to go back every year.

Great Weekend getaway, perfect location

We visited this past weekend for a wedding at Sea Pines. For my wife and I, this condo was perfect. Had everything we needed, and the location just perfect, with the trolley stop directly in front of condo that takes to the Sea Pines center, shopping, beach, etc. We will plan to stay here again when our travels bring us back to Hilton Head.

Perfect RBC getaway and more!

We checked in on the Saturday of the RBC and entering into Sea Pines was a challenge, but Mitch went above and beyond to make sure we were able to arrive to the townhouse without issues. After arriving, we found the place to be super clean and true to photos. I loved the convenience of being able to walk to the golf tournament and also Low Country Produce (our favorite breakfast place). Everything was perfectly stocked and the bed was super comfy. The back patio area was relaxing and a great place to enjoy a wind down glass of wine. I would 100% rent this townhouse again. Thank you Mitch for a great stay!

Perfect for a couples getaway!

This villa is lovely, well stocked, in a great location with comfy bed, lagoon view, nice furnishings, and extremely clean and ready for our arrival. Lovely spring visit

We spent a lovely 4 days here - the unit is very comfortable and well laid out and feels very spacious. The location is great, an easy walk to the lighthouse and the Sea Pines Center. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio overlooking the lagoon. Saw many birds just sitting there, and even the resident alligator one afternoon!
