Condo 272 Direct Oceanfront
We have Central Air and heat System in our condos, not every condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. View the ocean from balcony or from the living room. Beautifully decorated oceanfront view villa located in the heart of Hilton Head Island.

23 South Forest Beach Drive is located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore.
Come relax on Hilton Head Island's finest beaches with everything so close, you may not want to leave!
There is a starter package left for your convenience including dish detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, and starter toilet paper.

Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet.

There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bedroom ocean view and oceanfront units which have some of the Hilton Head Island best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck.

The unique restaurants on Hilton Head Island are Chef owned and operated. We will make recommendation of our favorites, also favorite dishes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my solo trip here, the condo had a lovely view and was perfect for me. It was clean and the location was perfect. Getting out to the beach was super easy and a short walk. The covered parking was a plus. So close to Coligny and area restaurants and shopping. I would definitely return to this property.

Peaceful getaway

This was one of the most peaceful stays we have ever had in Hilton Head! The view from the porch was amazing and the condo was just as described. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Ideal Getaway

Everything about this place is ideal. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and we loved sitting on the balcony watching deer as well as dolphins swimming by. Its right on the beach and minutes from restaurants. Inside was lovely, comfortable and all the appliances functioned, I'd highly recommend staying here!

Amazing ocean front views, the balcony was our spot! We loved watching the sunrises, dolphins and deer. The location is perfect and the inside is functional. Our host made this vacation seamless and was wonderful to work with!! We are VERY happy with our choice.

What A View!

We truly enjoyed staying on this property. Great patio view of the ocean and daily sightings of dolphins. Great oceanfront getaway!

We love Hilton Head! The restaurants, beaches, bike paths, and things to do matches our lifestyle. And Charlene's place in Sea Side Villas is the perfect location! The condo is right on the ocean, affording relaxing views. The beach is a short walk away. And the prices are modest with excellent amenities. Check it out...you'll love it, just like we did!

Few Days at the Beach

We really enjoyed are stay at this unit. The view of the beach is fantastic. As other reviews have said the unit is a little small, but it is a bargain for oceanfront. We would stay again!

Hilton Head spur of the moment.

The condo was nice but all the condos there are slightly musty. It is also kind of rediculous that the charges and fees are as much or more than the actual rent. I would rather rent directly from the owner than to pay all these fees. Great view and everything but the flooring in all rooms was clean.

Wonderful oceanfront condo

We stayed at Charlene’s condo for 5 nights in May. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a balcony affording a direct ocean view. We spent much time there, as well as the beach just steps away. The bed was comfortable and the condo very clean.

Great view & location.

We live 30 minutes away & know the island layout pretty well. Stayed 3 days for wife’s birthday celebration. Meet others for dinner who stayed elsewhere & paid more with no view. Close to Coligny beach & several restaurants & Music venues. We walked everywhere. We will definitely pick this unit again.

Wonderful extended weekend

My wife and i had a much needed extended weekend at this property. It was beautifully decorated with stunning views. Hilton Head is beautiful and completely different in what we are use to. New favorite place

This was our 6th time visiting HHI and 3rd time staying at sea side villas. We love it here. This room was truly perfect for us. The view from the patio is worth it. We enjoyed watching the sun rise while we drank our coffee. Watching the deer and seeing dolphins. A big perk is the king size bed and the beautiful bathroom. We can't wait for a trip back next year.

Good Location

Property is beachfront and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We had to do laundry once because there was not enough towels/wash cloths for the two of us. Otherwise, there were no major issues and we enjoyed our vacation.

wonderful view of the ocean

The host did an excellent job of communicating with us. We have stayed here twice and have booked the condo for our third visit. We rated the property as a 5, with only three items to consider: Updating the frying pans as non stick, bedding needs to be changed out with new sheets and the bed mattress if possible. We loved the view of the ocean. Thanks
