A short stroll to all resort amenities including lighted tennis and pickleball courts, pools and the beach. Or for complete relaxation, kick back on the quiet balcony and enjoy a drink at the end of an action packed day. This beautifully decorated end unit boasts a kitchen with glass front cabinets, granite countertops, a large island, and new full-size range/oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. With the 2 extra windows only available in the end units, you'll enjoy a bright, open and spacious feel in this cozy condo. Rental includes FREE Wi-fi, local & domestic long-distance calling, and wall mounted Roku flat screen cable TV for your streaming services. On-site amenities include a beautiful beach, FREE lighted tennis and pickleball courts, bike rentals (with bike path access to virtually every corner of Hilton Head Island!), fitness room, 2 pools, dining, playground, laundry facilities in each building, and much more. A Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Kellie and Phil’s condo. The condo was clean, quiet and a perfect size for a couple. Kellie and Phil had great communication before and throughout our stay, making check in and check out seamless. The condo is steps from the beach and the provided beach chairs and umbrella was a nice touch. We had a lot of fun and were able to relax during our stay here. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location

We loved this location! We had the beach, pool, pickle ball courts, and sports bar all within steps of the condo. Everything else on the island was within biking or just a 10-15 minute car ride. Condo was clean and it had everything we needed. We had such a great experience!

This property is such a gem! So nicely decorated and clean and on the end so it was very quiet and felt private. The unit was well appointed with everything you need for a great beach vacation. The owners are super communicative which gave us peace of mind. Fortunately we didn't need a thing but if we had any issues, I am sure they would have been resolved on the spot. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. We are so glad we decided to book this property. We were pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the unit. Kellie was quick to respond throughout the booking and stay. There is so much to do on the property if you don’t want to leave, yet you’re not far from shopping and all of the other tourist attractions. We can’t wait to come back to the island in the future!

Great Landlords

We have stayed two years in a row in this lovely condo. Not only is the condo comfortable, but the owners go the extra mile to accommodate guests and make them feel welcome and satisfied. The property itself is easily accessible to the beach and offers amenties such as the pool, pickleball courts, restaurants, security, etc. The grounds are well maintained. Summer vacation get-away

Property was exactly as described and shown in photos. This unit truly was the "Quiet Corner" of the neighborhood. Close to a wonderful beach, dining, and many other forms of entertainment. Truly enjoyed our involvement with the hosts. While we did not speak in person or over the phone, Kellie was very quick to reply to all of our e-mails and texts and was most helpful in the process of making reservations and getting settled when we arrived. Would highly recommend these hosts and their condo on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

This is not our first time staying in this unit. It is beautiful and very comfortable. We come to Hilton Head every yearAnd stay at this same resort. By far this is our favorite unit.
