Looking for the perfect family vacation rental? This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is perfect for a family getaway! There is an open floor plan as you enter complete with a dining table that seats six, a bright living area with plenty of seating and a queen sleeper sofa. There is tile flooring throughout the main living area, crown molding and the highlight is a 65" SMART TV with a DVD player. From the living room area you can access a private, covered balcony that has fantastic views of the grounds, the pool and out to the Atlantic Ocean! The balcony is the ideal spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee while listening to the crashing waves in the distance. The kitchen has just been recently updated with new oak cabinetry, granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances and has three barstools for additional eating space, if needed.

The master bedroom is very cheerful with a king sized bed, hardwood floors and 40" SMART TV. The master bathroom has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, double sinks, new cabinetry, ceramic tiled floor and a huge walk-in shower that is encased in glass. The guest room has two twin beds, 32" SMART TV, hardwood floors and has its own access to the balcony through a sliding glass door. This bathroom has also been recently updated with a granite countertop, has a newly tiled shower/tub combination and ceramic tile flooring.

The Windsor Place complex is located oceanfront in the famous Palmetto Dunes Plantation. It has two large oceanfront pools (heated seasonally) and hot tub as well as a large sundeck, poolside restrooms, showers and covered pavilion with gas grilling area. One pool is great for children with a graduated entry and mushroom shaped waterfall (opposite end of pool is 4` 6"). Windsor also has elevator access and a covered parking garage.
