Great open space for our family trip to HHI! Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice pool / pool furniture, beautiful short walk to the beach.
Really nice, clean and child friendly property.
Alex was a great property manager and super responsive. Their tie up with Baby's Away was also good.
The basics with garbage bags, sugar and coffee is probably something. They could have provided beyond a day or so but not a deal breaker.
The location is fantastic and the beach, pool and biking equipment was very helpful.
We loved the location of the home - just inside the Sea Pines gate in a beautiful little neighborhood, short walk to the beach, easy drive to pick up groceries, and a short drive or bike ride to get ice cream or go shopping at Coligny! It was perfect for our family. The main living space was bright, open, and comfortable and the additional living space on the first floor was nice as well.
This place was amazing! It was big and clean and had so many amenities. There were so many sitting areas you could play games in a big group or work remote in a quiet area. It is a 1-minute walk from the beach which was fantastic. We loved having the bikes too. We would love to come back to the same house next year.
Our group of 8 had a wonderful time at Green Heron! The second floor was perfect with it's open floor plan, large space, double island, and walk-out (screened in!) deck with grill. Had most breakfasts and dinners on that patio. The kitchen also had many supplies that we weren't expecting (ie coffee cream frother) that were awesome additions. We loved the backyard, pool, and proximity to the beach! Also easy bikes to Coligny and Harbour Town. Would definitely stay there again!
