A 2023 installed, full sized LG washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.

The living/kitchen/dining areas all possess unique design features that tie the three spaces together into a beautiful living and dining space. The living room has a spacious area with a two-story ceiling allowing for ample sunlight through its four large windows. As Crabline Court is located next to the newest town park, you have easy access to tennis, basketball, soccer and baseball fields. The beach access can be driven to in just 1 minute, bicycled to in 3 minutes or walked in 7 minutes. The Crabline Court homes are located off Singleton Beach Road.
